Looking very interesting. Some clever work on the joints. Are the backs of his calf muscles hollow to allow the squatting pose? Wonder what the elbows and shoulders can achieve.

VENOM!!!!

And the thighs look like they'll be the soft material used on Iron Man, to allow the squat.

Not Venom - Black Spidey. Do hope there's no rubber on these. I think the back of the thigh sits in a channel in the calf muscle in squatting mode.

Would love to see some other poses than those two: squat, and standing with clenched fists.

From the way the feet are bent and the way the backs of the knees meet the back of the thighs those legs are almost definitely a single unjointed piece each for the squat.

So, spidey would come with an extra set of squat legs? (if you are correct)
I feel like the joint can bend over..maybe the calves are rubber and can just fold into the back thigh. Or the entire leg could be skinned in rubber, not sure.

Yeah the more I look at those 2 pics the more it seems like he is a statue. Kinda worries me. I'm still loving the design. But I hope he's fully posable.

Yeah the leg position is absolutely identical in all the pics and the legs aren't deformed or bulging at the bends at all, which they would be if they were the same material as Iron Man.

A picture is worth a thousand words... don't just settle on one thought it's a pic not the review. I'll jump to conclusions when the look book comes out when it's ready for sale

I think you may be right that these Spideys may be sculpture either in whole or in part. The feet on the squatting Spidey are obviously sculpted to that pose since you can see the sculpted crease on the feet. But I think it's too early to tell if these are posable figures or sculptures. Some areas do look sculpted while other areas look posable.

does not look articulated... that shoulder joint seems to be just for attaching a non-articulated arm to a non-articulated body. same thing with leg/hip "joint".

After looking at more hi-res images on Instagram https://instagram.com/explore/tags/threea/, I'm convinced: These are NOT articulated figures. Neutral

Could just be the base sculpt and they haven't added the articulation yet. Not uncommon to see unarticulated prototype sculpts on display at shows.

If spidy is really design to do the squat, how I wish it was done for the heavy slicer with big bot head as the sketch by ash show the TK slicer squatting on top of the head
