Mule Rev 3 [Birdcage]

Post by wutasi on Sat Jun 20, 2015 11:29 am

Not sure if MULE REV 3 is the official name for these guys.
Here's a new digi camo version from Ash's IG

Previously released SOTF Civic Defence - Mule Rev 3 Birdcage

Hate to say it, but Mule is the first WWR bot I really seriously don't care for. I've enjoyed all or moist of every other design since old peg legs at the beginning, but the mule is just not for me. I do like the camo colorway though. That is potentially pretty nifty.

MULE look so freaky, there's definitely something about them that give me the heeby jeebies. I can't wait to see what other colorways he'll pop up on. I need one of these bad boys.

I am surprised to see Birdcage in a Rothchild guerrilla force colorway.
I thought they were made by Herbert & Spencer.
Would be silly if Rothchild uses an H/S robot.

Maybe it's their hack on an original Rothchild design.

I wasn't too fond on all the white in the civic defence version but I like this new colourway.

I'm in I love this new colorway compared to the bright white and orange, the darker look is much more suiting for this bot. Now I am really glad I have the retail version of the mechanic ordered, this is a definete order for myself =)

If I m not wrong, it is 3ago n not 1/6 scale. If the mule is 1/6 I will definitely grab it to join camo Caesar

The Dead Easy Corp Zombs in Ashley's IG pic are 3AGO.

Caesar and Birdcage are 1:6th

So another birdcage sale is coming? But the color matches 1 bot that went on sale already?

Sadly i didn`t get that Mule vibe for Birdcage, something is missing like:

-Arms to lift the cargo
-Turrent on top (to protect the cargo)
-or two addional legs (face ahead = mechanical mule vibe)
-more bags (because every Soldier Bot have equal or more bags)
- or longer body (4 leg cubiod mule)

right now, this is just a square with long legs and some bags...

On that note, what is the deal with the Herbert and Spencer takeover? They're using Rothchild designs so did they steal the schematics for them? If Birdcage, Alberto and the 4Square are new H/S designs why do they look similar in aesthetic to Rothchild bots? And who is even supplying bots to Rothchild while he's in hiding on Earth? Are they taken from the WF Corps?

I mentioned it on Ashley's Instagram and Ashley replied as cryptic as ever. Smile
gar_v1: With a Herbert / Spencer Birdcage? That's funny. Or is the H/S Mule a hack on an original Rothchild design?
ashleywoodart: You will find out one day......

I really dig this Birdcage variant.
If we'll see an Albert(o) in this color scheme as well, my head implodes

I think that the bot is actually 1/6 and the girl is the 24'' version.

yup do think its 1/6 but think its same size as the mk2 berties, human sized and her having those huge heels on makes it look as tho she is a diff scale. imagine her minus heels in boots. then that bot would appear to be same size as other mk2's yeah?

Mmm... hard to say given the lack of weathering. If it was in 1/6th scale that would be a pretty big bot - about 20-inches tall if that Pascha is the 1/4th scale version. If she's in 1/6th that would mean Alberto is about if not exactly the height of the Bertie Mk2s.

Given what we've seen of the big Pascha prototypes I think it's most likely that she is in 1/6th and so is Alberto. A lot of people forget that the Mk2s are actually not that big compared to some of the other WWR bots. Then again this is an entirely new design, so hey, maybe not...

Albert(o) 1:6 Bertie MK2 sized.
About 12"

From Ankle peg to bottom, those heels Obedience Training Liz is wearing, are about 5 cm (2") high.
Also take into account the pic is shot from a pretty low angle (about Liz' knee hight).
