About 12"
From Ankle peg to bottom, those heels Obedience Training Liz is wearing, are about 5 cm (2") high.
Also take into account the pic is shot from a pretty low angle (about Liz' knee hight).
So that Pascha is around 13,5" ? Or even taller?
Anyway - According to the item description, Bertie is 13" tall.

To me it looks like Alberto is smaller than Bertie MK2.

a bit shorter: 33,5 cm high.

Agreed, if Bertie is 13" and the fact Liz is 13.2" I would assume Alberto is shorter than Bertie.

Sure
He gets one if we see more than just one image of him standing besides a longlegged highheeled Liz.
Back on topic: Mule rev 3 aka Birdcage
with a lend pic from wutasi.
The more I see this pic the more I like that faceless fellow.

Re: Mule Rev 3 [Birdcage]
It's weird, but that's why I like it. Some say it's just the Square design on legs, but really the feel is completely different than the Squares. I'm not sure this colorway works for it the same way the Civic Defense one does. In that colorway his front armor looks a bit like a riot shield, so it's a little more fitting if you ask me. Still, I like the digital camo look overall, so this is cool to see.

Is it possible that I could use this guy's legs for my WWRp heavy bramble?

Planning on making a Bramble with really long legs? Also you would likely have to do some work on the ball/socket joints considering the size difference between scales.

The first time I saw a Dropcloth I thought it was a WWRp Bramble with 1/6 legs.

Re: Mule Rev 3 [Birdcage]
Yes. This is exactly my question. is it manageable? The bramble's torso and arms are nearly as big as the 1/6 Drop Cloth, so with a pair of long legs, it wouldn't look too much off scale. And those legs of the Mule look perfect I just do not have any experiences in customize the joints whatsoever. And how tall do you think the Bramble would become?Argentix wrote:3Afan wrote:Is it possible that I could use this guy's legs for my WWRp heavy bramble?

Re: Mule Rev 3 [Birdcage]
Fantastic!!!
This looks so creepy plus its EMGY = instant buy!
Smiling Death Squad!
Too bad that the latest offerings from 3A didn`t have nearly the same appeal (edit: at least, to me ) and passion
as all theses Kitbashes, colorway photoshop concepts and other fantastic ideas, that popped up on this board...
But damn, this is such a freaky square....love it!

That's scary.
I prefer the current Birdcage.
Or regular Square Mk1
Or WWRp Caesar.
Or even EMGY Dropcloth 1.5u

Yeah, can't say that I'm into that. The lack of a mouth is part of what makes the Birdcage so bizarre/creepy.

Well, you're talking about adding legs with 1/6th sockets to a torso with 1/12th ball joints, so I'd say you have three options:
1) Make the ball joints larger by either cutting them off and replacing them with larger spheres.
2) Make the socket joints smaller by filling in the space with a modeling clay or other sculpting agent/resin (I'd check modeling supply sites, two part resins may work well).
Or your third option: Remove the lower torso area of the Bramble entirely and replace it with the lower torso piece from the Birdcage. This would require some major surgery, with no guarantee of success considering we don't know exactly how the Birdcage is constructed, but it would give you the best joint results.
Good luck!

Re: Mule Rev 3 [Birdcage]
Yeah, that seems to require a lots of work for newbie like me... How about a 1/12 pair of legs instead.!? Less height but better proportion I think. Whose legs do you think are better for my wwrp HB: Cesars or Popbots?Argentix wrote:3Afan wrote:Yes. This is exactly my question. is it manageable? You're likely going to have to make some modifications either way, as I doubt 3A has used the same ball joint sizes between their figures over the years. Of course, you could certainly try either of those options and see how they match up, but yeah, basically it's highly probable that you're going to have to do some work.
Also, I thought of another option for attaching the legs: You could cut off the ball joints on the HB where the stems meet the waist part. Do the same on the Birdcage and simply glue them on with a nice, strong super glue. This would be the simplest method seeing that you would only need a pair of snippers and some glue - no joint modifications required.

Re: Mule Rev 3 [Birdcage]
I'm not sure how to feel about this figure. This is the first square variant to lack its signature cuteness. Initially I was opposed to the lack of a mouth, but ultimately I determined the design is that much stronger for it. Honestly, I only bought the Civic Defence Mule Rev 3 (Birdcage) as a companion piece to the Civic Defence Bertie Mk2.
