Awesome work mouse! What kind of printer are you using? I have a FDM but yours are much smoother and higher res, SLS?

Not using a printer as such. I use online design software and then send a STL file off to Shapeways.

So after a long while of looking to own a TK Thiddy not many until recently started selling them but I caved and got a good deal on a Rongu Iku figure and I was so determined to own a Thiddy figure I present my converted stained/repainted Rongu Iku as a Thiddy look-alike

I once did a head swap that I felt worked well.

Does the helmet still fit in the head?

I think it fits fine, it helps that you can adjust the mask portion of the helmet too. I prefer to leave him helmet-less since that face is one of my favorites.

Following the custom blanc hunter in sombre hunter, small additional details on guns

geisT, cool custom. She looks like a resistance fighter from WWII.

I just started collecting 3A Popbot/TK this year and decided to mash-up my own character to add to my growing collection. I recently ordered parts (WWR Nom body w/feet and ankle pegs, AK JC shoes and TK shogun hands - I also have a set of orignal TK hands w/pegs) thinking that they were easily swapped and somebody told me that they are not? Will i have a problem with pegs being too large or even too small or even 3A headsculpts not fitting correctly? Or do WWR parts work better with WWR and TK with TK and so on?
