If these ever do happen, it will be awesome. I'd love some more great art books from 3A. They do a pretty great job with them.

Looks like a New Tomorrow Kings Publication in the works with IDW along with POPBOT9 Fingers Crossed we see in 2016.

Posted this is another thread but here might be more appropriate.

January's Previews has IDW's solicitation for the Art of Tomorrow Kings. 108 pages, HC, 10"x10", $49.99.

Gregory, are those solid details or is there anything else you can say about it? Seems like a shrunk down hardcover of the mook, but, I am curious to know if any art was added, not just subtracted.

I haven't seen the contents yet so I'm not sure what has been excised or added in

$75 dollars for a 600 page 12 x12 hardcover featuring "the entirety of the Ashley Wood portfolio" . . .

Wouldn't have minded knowing about this before I spent $119 dollars for a 12 x 12 hardcover featuring a fraction of his portfolio . . . And that tore away from the binding after ten days.

Whatever. Unless there are a lot of thumbnails this can't cover the entirety of anything, even in 600 pages. Who knows what it will look like inside those covers. Might be great, but might not be.

Thanks for the tip off Dtrain. To order from Amazon UK it's £55 but from Amazon.com it's $27 delivered to Ireland. Too good for anyone to pass on.

I jumped in on it to, but I'd be willing to bet it gets cancelled or something. And the Cover art on a solicitation doesn't mean anything on Amazon, whether it is correct or not. They all the time use placeholders and whatnot for books. Happens on Ash's advance book solicitations regularly.

Take for instance another soon to be finally published book from 3A (fingers crossed) listed on Amazon.

The book is definitely still happening (if Phil can finish tweaking and submit it), but that definitely won't be the published cover. The image above has been tied to that book as a preorder for at least the last 2 years, and the listing has been canceled and relisted once if not twice in that time.

But yeah, if I can grab a copy of AW's book for $20, I'm all in! Smile

The WWR 215 is smaller but has a lot more content. I like WWR complete to look at the art but I also like the smaller one for the extra content. I have both but couldn't pick which one I like best.
I think WWR is 12 x 12 whereas the smaller one is 8 x 8.

Does anyone else think that 1.7 pounds is way to light for the 12"x 12" 600 page Ashley Wood portfolio?
