Looks like nothing more for me in August other than a late Weib Mutter which is disappointing. Shade Caster and Bareback Rider went from shipping in June to shipping Late July to now vanishing from the schedule altogether. What's the dealio yo? We're closing on on 11 months for these now, never mind Cowbot...

Good to see Ninja and DD1 in September's list, but with the way things have been going the last few months I won't hold my breath.

Updated the list with latest info from the Official 3A Blog.

Also added couple of pending shipping estimates Gregory has mentioned on other threads.

Hard not to look at that and conclude something is wrong in the state of Denmark.

Great… the only think I ordered from ThreeA this year (Hex) is being delayed AGAIN and there's not even a shipping estimate this time.

Happy to finally see the Girl Neptune set get mentioned. With the Japan Venture in September, I can't see all that stuff being shipped out. I'll remain hopeful!

A friend of mine also sick of waiting for Hex emailed customer service about getting a refund. They said they could refund him if he paid a 5% refund fee. I'm emailing them to see if I can get the same. I stopped caring about getting this six months ago and I'm also worried that it will not be the best quality if I actually do get it.

Refund fees are highly dubious for UK customers especially when the estimated shipping date has been so brazenly missed. I'd pay a fee under protest then file a claim at the small claims court for breach of implied terms for the fee's return.

Maybe if 3A lost the whip hand when it came to finances they might sort out their paid customers rather than shunt us down the line behind premade conventions.

Between 3AA shigate / HALO returns / floppy body slicer and a shipping schedual that reads like a failing pupil this has been a terrible year for the company.

Last 3-4 pages of the thread = Ugggh. Sad. True. More sad.

pre-orders going over the term of birthing a child should include some free extra for the customers who've endured. Alternate head for the character they've bought, alternate accessorie, alternate outfit, etc. (reminds me of something about a certain year's 3AA membership description, lol)
There better be flawless QC on these deliveries.

That kinda stuff used to actually happen. Customer service going above and beyond etc. That was a long time ago.

I seriously doubt the QC will be good on Hex. I haven't gotten much in the last couple of years but I think every release I did get either had something missing or was broken. Then it takes months to get replacements.

I think the 5% charge is to cover PayPal costs, I guess the way they see it is why should it cost them anything when you're the one looking to cancel. Once I bought Hotfoot then a few min later f5'd Charfoot so I cancelled Hotfoot and had to take the 5% hit even though it was only about 10min after I bought it. However when things go over their shipping estimate then I think a full refund should be offered. That might get 3a to sort they're prioritys out.

For what it's worth, Hex seems to be using the standard 3A female body and out of about 15 I own the only problem I've ever had was one slightly loose wrist peg, so from a QC perspective I wouldn't be too worried about the female figures. The accessories are a mystery, though. Hopefully after all the delays they do a good job of the figure for both the buyers and Crystal's sake, though.

This is absurd.

You're making all of these products for a show…

And you can't even give us shipping estimates on three of the 21 products that you should actually be producing instead since yanno… people already paid you.

It's almost 11 months since I ordered Foot cutter and yet all this stuff gets premade for conventions. I'm getting sick of this "we have their money so fuck them they can wait" attitude.

To be fair bamba is a ghost ship compared to the sdcc/Japan haul so they're not that interested in our money anymore.

Well not till its time for that 400 grand boost to the business in January.
