If you have some reason to believe that it didn't went through, you can drop me a line and I will pass the info.

As far, as I know - in absolute majority of the cases - you receive an automated email stating that - your email bounced back because CS email is over the quota. If you haven't received any automated emails describing the error - it should be all good.

Sorry for the hassle and hope you will have great 2016!

(Already posted this under TK thread but thought maybe I should post here as well. CS has responded to me once and will hopefully respond about replacement part quickly. I'll wait awhile but wanted to mention it here in case I need to follow up on this.)


Got a nice surprise when my death mask shogun was in the mailbox today! Only problem is that one rivet on the armor is missing. Checked to make sure it wasn't loose in the packaging or on the floor where I opened him, but no luck. Contacted CS with a few photos to ask about a replacement rivet, they responded that a colleague will reply to me later. Hopefully they will be able to help me out at some point.

I got my set ( strigoi + Totem) , looks great
. however there's a problem  ..  the bot totem it misses 3 little turbines / wheels.


left side is ok

They seem to be removable , however they sit firmly inside.
probably need use hot water to make them soft and put them in.

Hey guys, I tried messaging CS a couple times but kept bouncing back.
My yellow strigoi arrived with a broken helmet peg on one side.
Not sure if I can get it replaced or a tip to fix it maybe.

Try emailing during office hours (9AM - 5:30PM Mon-Fri HK Time). If you still cannot get through forward your email with the image of the broken helmet to Gimbat@threeAonline.com and CC Gregory@threeAonline.com and Gimby will follow up.

If they have the helmet in stock they'll be able to send you a replacement.

Hi guys. About a year ago on the old forums(?) I posted about problem I had with Iron Man, and the index finger broke right out of the box. That was around the time that those figures shipped right after the preorder, so I'm thinking Dec 2014/Jan-Feb 2015.

I believe I was told by Gimbat to contact CS, which I did, they asked me for a photo, which I sent, but I didn't hear back. I let go of the issue because it was a pretty low priority at the time.

Is it too late to get a new hand? I have the Stealth color way and even if it's not a black hand that's cool, a different colored hand would give my figure a unique look.

Occasionally email gets full during the weekend and holidays (when office is closed and people send emails with heavy attachments), should be fixed on Monday, once CS will be back to work.

Please resend the email on Monday (after 9:00AM HK time) at any time, which is convenient to you.

If you will still experience the error, please drop me a line and I will check with the office.

I exchanged emails with them earlier today and emails went through without any problems (in the morning HK time and in the evening).

I still never got a invoice for shipping payment for my TKlub Classic TQ offer. I had emailed CS and I never heard back from them and then I completely spaced (this was back in Feb). I emailed them again today to see what's up. I fulfilled my end of the deal by buying all the figs that go toward the Classic TQ, I was just waiting on CS to get back to me.

I've been trying to get a replacement head for my Megatron that arrived damaged for 3 months. Customer service promised a replacement and then stopped responding to emails for the last 3 weeks.

I emailed CS a few days ago as my Little Shadow V2 arm spontaneously disintegrated. I CC'd Gimbat in the original email but given the apparent state of the inbox at most times if I haven't heard back by now I'm thinking my email has slipped through the cracks - Can I get a follow up please?

Blind Cowboy was offered for pre-order five years ago, in 2011. I would assume that our CS are checking with the factory to see if we have any parts left and whether they can help you with this or not.
