Official 1:1 Cosplay Contest

This won't be forgotten!  Contest ran from April 9th-July 1st 2013.  Winners announced August 23rd, 2013.  Prize for winning is a sketch of the character you chose to cosplay, drawn by Ashley Wood.

As I enjoy these contests, lets get the next one cracking, it’s a photography contest, a 1:1 ash wood character photography contest.

Get someone to dress up as a TK. NOM, TQ etc and make an EPIC photo, i wanna see it, I know many other will want to as well !

Cosplay contests are so awesome. I love seeing 3A cosplay!
Penumbra is still my favourite.  I'm biased, however, as Little Shadow and variants are my favourite characters.
But all of these are so great. Really look forward to more.

Frick,... forgot how awesome this was. I'd love to bust out a Drown cosplay.

New forum should start out with a new contest of some sort....

Man. 17 months since the winners were announced. No concrete update to the sketches since.

Right.
Anyone on the 3A side have any type of update for the winners above?
I mean, it's a prize... which will be great to receive at any point, regardless. But soon nearing the 2 year mark maybe deserves an expectation for those winners involved.

I was reminded of this contest again today.
18 months ago I was ecstatic. Quite literally ecstatic.
Sadly now hope has nearly withered to nothing.

Not necessarily solely bitchin, just super bummed that I never got something special made from my favorite artist for a contest he threw concerning fan-made appreciation of his works.

Ah the zomb charity book thing, I was really looking forward to that until it went to shit. And this thing, I mean how hard can it be, these people put a lot of time and effort into this and again for nothing.

Still bummed I got my time zones confused and missed the deadline by a couple of hours with my photos. Particularly when there was then a two year wait for prizes!

The art is being packed up this weekend and will be sent off to the contest winners this week. I'll send out tracking info once it is available.

Can you take photographic evidence of the art and send it to me? I don't think some of the winners post here anymore so we probably won't be seeing much.
