Re: 3AGO WWR
Looks like the new three different Square versions didn`t come in a multipack... instead we get a three pack of v-tol for 140$...
Pretty pricey for a three pack compared to the first 10 pack for 160$, but it seems the times of "cheap" 3A toys are already over.
Don`t know yet, if i will try to snag this set...

$140 for 3 flying squares? The rest will follow if these sell well. Seems a bit steep to me. The sale is open to all so that might boost sales a bit but I think I'm out. Should have been a set of 3 different squares with random colourways but what do I know.

I'm not really a square guy, but I would have liked to see one of these flying squares with tracks instead of legs and the new screaming face. But all those options probably wreak havoc on the math.

Re: 3AGO WWR
Wow, i just searched for "trend of prodcution costs in china" and discovered that the average wage risen 9,8% per year! (time period 2012 -2017)
Now i can understand the newer pricings and careful drops (DP Bramble with minimum 400 buyers to get another colorway)
Seems to be pretty tough (and risky) to produce art toys for such an "exclusive" (small) audience, these (and coming) days...
(plus new tooling on these and the shipping costs on 3A`s side)
I will indulge me a set of these flying fuckers to show support and i simply love Squares!
Btw. Thanks for making this drop open to all!!

Personally I am pretty happy to see those 3 V-TOLs as a 3-pack.
Very powerful first release of the second wave.

Re: 3AGO WWR
These are great and I’m in BUT - 3A sold us 3AA based on it was required for WWR.. so that’s a really bad piece of BS.
Rotten business practise.

have to agree with this... weak sauce to do this after all the "3AA only releases" talk.BPP wrote:These are great and I’m in BUT - 3A sold us 3AA based on it was required for WWR.. so that’s a really bad piece of BS.

These were going to be Retail Exclusive only, but Ash decided to make them open for all

There’s no excuse Gregory - 3A is breaking a contract it made with everyone who purchased 3AA.

Re: 3AGO WWR
It doesn't make any difference to me because open to all means more sales for the company, which is of benefit to us all! BUT, I do understand the disappointment from people that only bought the membership because they were under the impression they'd be locked out from purchasing the major IP's! For me, I bought the membership for the discount and the glimmer of hope that there'd be some sweet figures released this year for the major IP's! Still hoping for the AK stuff that was mentioned, some more WWR bots and I want to know what TK Ultra is!?

Re: 3AGO WWR
With a heavy heart, i decided to skip the sale and ordered the Chronicle Collectibles Fallout 4 lifesize Plasma riffle instead...same price, but what a bang for buck, and as much as like the v-tols, the pricing kills it for me...

Squares - gotta have 'em all. Any special extra colors or random drops expected? Or just the one set?

I'm not really a square fan, but if they put that screaming face on a track square, I'd be down.

Re: 3AGO WWR
Same reason why I keep getting the membership, not for promises but that 15% off, as a Canadian, is fucking EVERYTHING when something big comes out. I can honestly say that the only promise I care about with any company is the promise to deliver. I mean if I am waiting 12+ months for a figure, it better come in. Promise on more releases, not a selling point for me. Yeah, I get that it is disappointing. Really loved the 2000AD line. I still made use of my 3AA membership so, i'm good.<{OjO}> wrote: I bought the membership for the discount and the glimmer of hope that there'd be some sweet figures released this year

Re: 3AGO WWR
And the squadron has landed in San Diego - AIR DROP!:
Home run, touchdown, goal goal goal - they look great. Snazzy lil suckers.
My kiddo(he's 4) was spazzing out about opening the front door and,.... "See Daddy it says '3-A', it says 3A on the box. I wonder is it the square set? Daddy do you know?"
He loves his and has named it, JET NOODLE. lol

Re: 3AGO WWR
I finally received my set V-TOL, the individual package is quite impressive, but especially the figures are sumptuous ... a perfect success of 3A. Can we have hope, to see the new versions available hoping that these have sold well?
