According to official 3A blog, Master Chief is set for Late April shipping.

Original shipping estimate for those other two was "2nd quarter 2015", so that means by the end of June. No further info given...

I figured this is relevant here. Looks like between yesterday and today ezyparcels revamped their website so the ol' reference # trick doesn't seem to work anymore. Gotta use http://www.quantiumsolutions.com/ now (which has always been a parent site anyways)

Alright further updates from the factory -

Production of the comic included with the Battlechild set is what is holding it up. They will be shipping end of May/Early June

Halo Spartans and Master Chief will be shipping in July

Awaiting word on Nablers and Bareback Riders

The only figure as of late where the delay really gets me itchy is the Nablers/Soot. It's really at the point where it's like.... come on now.
When the December estimate was given for the Heavy Slicers during their sale I just plain laughed and, true to form, that estimate was total BS.
When I saw Nablers with December, which was actually a much sooner window than most 3A 'estimates', I was thinking well it might actually happen because they are pretty static pieces that imo seem much less complex to produce. So they still get delayed until the April shipping update on the blog...lol... ok, whatever, can't really be surprised any more.
But then to not even hit the 4 month delay shipping estimate?? It's just like... really??? Sorry, it just gets so freaking old at times. . . .
I am just purely curious on how much lead time it took to make sure exclusives like Thai Toy Expo figures were available oN time while Nabler heads get the 9 mo treatment.

Damn, yesterday i got a letter from a courier company named GDSK, that my Mighty is hold on customs in Frankfurt and they want 27€! (plus the normal customs 19% of 155$) for the service to manage that properly....

After some research, i found out, that the GDSK have some contracts with EMS for the german import and mostly all of the EMS stuff is hold by them (seems to be some laws, that they can`t send them to my local custom center like normaly) and many buyers only choose DHL for asian shops now, as they didn`t want to  be charged the 27€ (constant price, no matter what`t the worth of an item)

So, with the 27€ plus roughly 32€ it adds 59€ for my Mighty and i`m thinking of let them return the Mighty...

I will try to ask the CS if they could ship with DHL in the future, as 27€ for this "service" (plus fees/taxes aswell) for every single package is just to much too purchase anything that will send via EMS... and no more Bamba buyings

Yeah, it seems that when "free gift" or a low value for a big box (after seeing the scan of my paper, it was declared 30$ for my Mighty) there is a good chance that it will be hold by this Company , and it`s legit as they have a contract with EMS...

Any experience if i get some of my money back, when it will be returned?
Or that 3A could use another company for shipping for german customers in the future?
I would also accept a "slower" shipping company...

Damn, now i must decide quick, as this GDSK crap company wants also 7,50€ per day for storage after 7 days, plus 19€ in case of "opening service in case of ordered control of the item by customs officials" in Frankfurt (there and back: 900km   ) ...

It`s a shame that such shabby companies are out there and its legal!  

Edit: And normally all of my few Bamba purchases (most of my 3A Toys buyings are older stuff, before they get pricey!)

I think they won't refund your money if your reason is taxes/customs.

as for 3A using another company, I think you can try to ask CS.

3A always use EMS if the package was too big, or more than 2kg.

I don't have any experience in sending stuff back.

Thats okay for seven years (300€ per year sounds nice, but not 60€ for a single Mighty )

Yeah, i have no high hopes that the CS could change the shipping company for just a single customer (and they would forget that for sure...),

I spend € 31.44 on Customs fees per Nabler Generation One head...
So I payed an extra Nabler head just in Customs fees.

That was nasty.
