10 years of threeA
Well, it appears to be the 10th anniversary of the first 3A sale today.
Congrats to Ashley and Kim and everybody else who worked at threeA in the past ten years making this possible.
Thanks a lot for the compassion and tons of insane toys released so far.
Super stocked to see what this tenth year will bring.

Wow! I wasn't here from year one but this is my 6th year membership. So many good memories (and a fair share of emo too ). I'll bet on that very first day you never thought it would last 10yrs but congrats and Happy Anniversary!

Nope, I just wanted to buy a couple of insanely cool robots.
As a matter of fact, Nom de Plume was my first 1/6th human figure.

Re: 10 years of threeA
I remember before I knew anything about ThreeA, WWR, Ash or anything a friend of mine came over to my house to show me his latest acquisition, a 1/6 Euro Bramble and some 1/6 squares, he was really excited about it and explained it all to me. I said they looked great but when he left I remember thinking he was losing his mind! Rusty Spongebob Squarepants figures, crazy stuff! You won't find me buying any of that wierd crap...
Fast forward a decade and I'm now litteraly thousands of dollars into the stuff, can't get enough WWR and my collection covers almost all ThreeA lines but WWR is where I'm focused. I've got some Mk1 squares, 3 Caesars, 2 Harolds, 2 Heavy Brambles, 5 Dirty Deeds Berties and a Desert Pup, Lunar Armstrong, Laurent and that's just a small sample of my 1/6 stuff. This is my year 7 3aa and I honestly never saw it coming on that one fateful day.
Reminds me of the day I got my Mighty Squaro and proudly showed my now wife, I was admiring the detail and weathering and asked her what she thought "a big pile of rusty shite!"
As always different strokes for different folks and ThreeA is the perfect example of that.

Ha! It's cool to see that old invoice with the Bambaland graphics even though I wasn't around officially those first few years.

I spent a week deciding on getting either Desert Rat Bertie or Dirty Deeds. Ended up with Dirty. Turned out to be the red pill.

I only wanted the Desert Rat. In early 2008 I learned there was a Dirty Deeds as well. Wasn't really wowed by it's color scheme.
So I thought I would just get myself the Desert Rat and that was that.
I feared I would regret just getting one Bertie, fearing these would sell out in a day and ordered DD as well on May 22.
Sadly Paula notified me the order got nixed by Paypal and I had to reorder them 2 weeks later via Bambaland.

I got NOM4! I guess that means I was 3aa then, seems so long ago. Unfortunately I'll have to pass on Ashtro, just bought the Bramble and with Alberto on the horizon nothing I can do although I would love one, he really looks awesome!!!

Incredible design! Does the little AstroBoy hide inside the head of the big one? Looks like might be a faceplate to change expressions at least. Congrats!
