Wonder if this will be more of an articulated 1/6th figure or still in line with the Astro Lad Vinyl design?

I'm guessing that with no WWR logo that I can rule that out. Is that a guide price for upcoming 1/6 human figures?

Coztro is from the Ashtroverse. Not WWR

Too soon to gauge that as the average 1/6th price going forward. My best estimate is I would anticipate around the $180 to $220 price point and if we're able to do lower, we will. There are a lot of factors at play and each figure's unique requirements can alter the costs pretty quickly

Ashtroverse is its own universe, but it's Ash, so there may be bleeds into Popbot here and there

I wonder if this character was influenced by the stifling we have endured over the past months with this pandemic?  And so a "Freedom Soldier" is one to come out of this "war" fighting to become unstifled?  Just my thoughts anyway.  I guess we'll find out more in the days to come.

Speaking of these new bodies that Underverse is said to be working on for their 1/6 scale figures, I just received some of the latest phicen bodies to be put out and they are phenomenal in terms of their sculpt. If threea had used phicen bodies for their Lasstranaut figure, I would have kept mine. Seamless bodies have come a long way since the days of that rubber material that was used on the Six million dollar man and the Bionic woman figures among other figures of the past. Just saying that Underverse should look into working with Phicen if they should ever decide to do seamless figures.

UV bodies aren't seamless. At least with the current plan. The technology keeps getting better and better, but the problem is the silicon stains very easily and when you've got weathered clothing or dyed clothing at all, it's gonna bleed onto the silicon body, which makes for a bit of a conundrum

That said, Phicen put up their new 'anime' style female figures a little while ago. I'm planning on picking one up and swap it with the Lass body

gregory - I would be interested in hearing how that swap turns out. Please keep us posted.

Yes, I would definitely like to see how the LASS/phicen looks. I'm thinking of sculpting some heads for these new phicen teenage bodies I received since regular female heads are slightly too big to fit on the neck ball. But yeah, I was thinking of perhaps the use of seamless bodies on future Modern Gals that aren't weathered or wearing clothing that stains. Afterall, Ash did do some paintings with Modern Girls that had limited clothing anyway.

I'm super interested to see sketches or pics of this guy. Gets the old 'drop-feels' going again.

Grrrr ... the sale is in 8 hours and nothing visual ... we don't even find ourselves in the 3A era when we bought from a simple sketch of Ashley Wood .... too bad, I don't wake up tonight to participate in this sale ....

Yeah I've left a comment on the Instagram's post of Coztro asking for a pic, there's quite a few other comments saying the same thing. "all will be revealed" is the only answer so far.
