Images will not carry over from the old website to the new because the new website is a completely different platform than squarespace

Only orders from 2021, no description on the first page only an ordernumber and the us$ price with a ¥ symbol. (What?)
You have to check the “view detail’ link to see what the actual order is.
If you go back to see another order, you’re sent back to the start screen and you have to start over again, go to your profile, select “orders” etc.
Why not just a list with date, ordernumber, product name and price in us$?

Not sure if this is the right place for this...

I've recently moved and made sure to update my address on the new UV website. But I've just received my tracking info for Nom and it's shipping to my old address. (I sent an email to UV support)

Is this something that is locked in once you make a purchase? I have one more order that lists my old address.

The shipment notifications will always show the address used when the order was originally placed. There is no way to change that

They will ship to the new address if you provided that info to CS before the item entered the shipping process. Once it's already shipped, we can't change the address and you'll need to work with the carrier to forward the shipment

Stupid fucking website. I've logged in. I've clicked on "Shop". How the fuck do I get to the screen that actually lets me add an item to my cart?

Never mind. I finally figured out I need to use the scroll wheel on my mouse. What genius designed this website? If it isn't intuitive then it's just poor design.

Yeah - the older I get, the less tolerance I have for this kind of nonsense... Very Happy

Just debating whether or not to grab a Lupin. I bought both previous NOM's against my better judgment (I don't have the room to display one of them, never mind both!). So I should really take a pass. But just like Dritte and Hinkon, I may not be able to resist.

FOR PRE-EXISTING CUSTOMERS (APRIL 2020 - OCT 2021):
If you had an account from the previous website, it will still exist and all you will need to do is log back in and/or change your password. Please be sure to update your profile information.

Also just to put this in here, the CS email is down and it has been for a week or so. We are working on a fix. It is on a China server, so waiting for the China admin to fix and then I'll go through and check the emails when I have free time from running the booth at SDCC
