Bertie MK2

When I heard they were going to make the full DD squad, I thought I might try to get them all. Still might try, if they ever actually finish the run, who knows we'll see... Anyways I started thinking how 12 is a lot of fairly similar bots to collect, I know they have different weapons and slightly different decals, but really, they're all kind of the same thing. Pretty sure the idea of a bloody deeds Bertie has been brought up, and I think that would be awesome,but what about a damaged version, like the WWRp Pinky?

I think it'd be great to see more damaged bots in general, the Pinky is the only one out there that I know of. Even if it were some kind of incentive for buying the whole squad, or a special 3AA version of one of the DDs. In fact, it would be great to offer that kind of promotion for the DD squad as anyways, as 12 is a fair amount of figures to buy, I mean, that's more than the 10 finger gang! 2 more! (well 1 actually, yeah, King Thumb, I know, I know... As a side note, not sure who's hands this gang represent but 10 fingers and 1 thumb, that's anatomically fucked)

Even though the Deeds squad wasn't set up as that this kind of exclusive figure promotion, at the rate they're getting released there's still plenty of time to make this happen. If you make it so that you have to purchase all the remaining DD releases after the exclusive is announced, the final release will have an exclusive alternate that could be purchase by those who qualify. This way people who missed out on earlier DDs could get in on this, making it financially more feasible make this a reality.

Anyways, just some thoughts I had that I wanted to put out there for consideration (wink wink, nudge, nudge, I'm talking to you, 3A!)

Ash says DD3 this Friday, so we ask boy would be great to see a promo pic before. what do we get.... sale update Destiny figure on sale July 27th, imo more and more and more lines added to the factory to clogge it up

Still no official announcement, are we even sure this is happening?

What is with this instragram shit? I'm not on Instragram or Facebook or Twitter and if I want info or updates on 3a I come here so why not come here to the fucking 3a forums and say DD3 on sale Fri???

destiny sale update did show up on news section here, when I saw the sale being announced on Ig.

but the dd3 sale was just a comment made by ash when someone asked him when was dd1 shipping. Ash said soon because I want mine and by the way dd3 this friday.

So will it actually happen....

i think skipper was expressing disappointment that Ash doesnt share stuff with us here like he used. instead is doin that on instagram where there is not alot of us there dont think. it is what it is but i can under stand being dissapointed, we all got used to having him around the outpost sharing intel etc

Personally I would love to see Ash here as well, like back in the day.

I love discussion board format and cherish my time at any reincarnations of outpost (whether it was Hyperboards, previous forum or this one), but I certainly see the appeal of Instagram and pros of bigger audience and wider possibilities there.

My comment was aimed at Ash, no one else. What I meant was if he has info to share with us then surely this is the place to do it?

But this forum is only known by a very small percentage of 3A's total audience. It's barely being used by the full population of the previous Forum, as it is.

Whereas instagram reaches a lot more people, both Legion, casual fans, and new audience that had no clue about 3A until they see something cool on Ash's IG.

I check Ash's IG everyday, as well as Siuyin's, Brent's, and sometimes TP's and Greg's (or just check #threea, though not everyone that posts relevant 3A stuff uses hashtag). Many people who use this forum daily also know to check IG because they've seen that Ash is very active there. Pretty much every day he posts stuff and usually answers questions, though he tends to give vague incomplete answers that leave you with even more questions  

So... if it's news you want, just check IG and WO3A Blog... If it's discussion and sharing, use this forum.

true but at one time this was the hub. so its understandable that some miss that ya know? threeA got all huge so forget this place? after thought, not needed anymore.

the mods volunteer to come here and share info and update the news. appreciate that very much, you guys are awesome!

i use to run around checking Ash insta and siu's and brent and all, the blog. first thing i would do every day at cpu now its sumthin i dont even think on doin unless i have nothing else goin on.

Ask whatever you want to whoever you want but you don't have to do it so rudely Skipper11x. Buy a stress ball if collecting figures and models upsets you so much! And like nearly everybody else who collects ThreeA stuff, Facebook and Instagram etc. is the way to go and is every bit as important as this forum. So stop hiding in the dark and join the fun!! You'll be less stressed out then, and enjoy your collecting so much more. Now off with you, im trying to re-arrange some figures on shelves.
