Any word at all on the Irimis and Hoaxer?

Re: shipping schedule visualized
@BlackBellamy, hope Gregory will have some news on Irimi... There has not been any updates since it's release (as far as I know...)
Last 12 months (or maybe even longer) has been pretty "dry" for me... Mainly because I have been saving for the already announced releases, even with released dates given at the end of 2014!
My most wanted are:
- Mega Zomb - what ever it might look like...
- TK Hunter - weird and awesome design, just hope for an alternate colorways to the one we've seen, or heavily weathered
- WWR Dropcloth 1.5 colorways - caved in and bought both Emgy and PD from aftermarket (don't care for the Civic)
- Iron Panda Mighty Square - Ash hinted, during the actual sale, that it would be coming ... but it didn't.. This will most probably be never released
- WWR Bertie MK2 colorways (these were not given a release date, if I remember correctly? And these are now replaced by 3AGO release?)
and of course
- WWR Iron Panda Superset - I guess/hope it's still in the "sample queue" at the factory?
There's lots of releases I would have wanted to preorder, but as I already have massive collection, and many of them are stacked away in their boxes... I wanted to save money (and shelve space) for those listed above.
Some of the releases I kind of regret not ordering:
- Fat Cloud Mighty Square - great stand alone piece!
- two more Mechanics - ordered one, in hand pictures look awesome - except: damn that smirk...)
- Heavy Duty Loper Set - this was pretty hard to pass by - and it turned out awesome! Would be VERY satisfied with a separate 12" Bot Head release!
- Rothchild Battlechild Set - one of a kind Caesar...
- Wave 2 Nabler Guys - love the more weathered look and colours on these
- ALL 3AGO de Plumes!, - only ordered one. surprised by the quality when got it!
Looking forward to pre-ordered Zombacle Heads, DD V2 first release, and my impulse purchases Judge Death and WWRp Cavalry Bramble - (bought it just for the new arms! )

Re: shipping schedule visualized
I know a few people (myself included) who are bummed about the WF Armstrong that a prototype was made, then lost 2 years ago.

Re: shipping schedule visualized
probably because the support over a total different colorway was not at the corner.
no support bertie mk2.5 peaceday = no support FOR ALL the other color.
that how it work

Re: shipping schedule visualized
we had a thread goin with lots in support of WF armstrong, hell at first Ash was even all gung ho for it to be on bamba in response to a email and green lighted a thread. my guess is Ash moved on. the "i cant find the proto" excuse stopped being believable after the third of fourth time, ha!

Re: shipping schedule visualized
@zzzzz, honestly I'm not expecting a response. Asking 3A for answers, involving late shipments, 90% of the time yields the same answer, "check the blogs, etc."
Currently, I am not buying from Bamba as a matter of principle, until they take care of at least some of their issues, however the 1/6 Soot Diver figure, TK Hunter, Hatchery Queen, or Deathstar EDO could potentially make me break my hiatus. 2015 has been a disaster, as indicated by the shipping list, incredibly lacking communication, and many big releases being delivered with major QC concerns. I really hope 3A makes it easy on themselves, and begins to listen to their collectors/fans a bit more. At the very least, no more Con Excl. until your extremely past due orders are fulfilled. If nothing else, it just looks bad.
I'm still hoping for the best, but I'm not holding my breath. Prove me wrong, 3A!
*Also, the Nabler/Neptune set was originally promised for December 2014 shipping, not 2nd quarter as the list indicates.

thanks for pointing out. fixed.
2015 has been pretty bad. Like someone mentioned earlier, it's all because the insane amount of releases crammed into the late 2014 - with totally unrealistic shipping estimates.
When 3A started to give updated shipping estimates, I started to move the releases to their new estimated shipping quarters... and that makes 2014 look amazingly good - almost flawless, and 2015 even worse than it should.... But, yeah... it's been bad.
(added "•" in front of releases that were originally meant for 2014 shipping)
Re: shipping schedule visualized
It's buried in a box somewhere and he's moved a few times since the sample was made so nobody is quite sure where it's at.

Are you referring to the WF Armstrong?gregory wrote:It's buried in a box somewhere and he's moved a few times since the sample was made so nobody is quite sure where it's at.

Making the list is the easy part, actually shipping them is totally different. I'm waiting on my first 2 Deeds & wouldn't mind a cowbot too while you're at it

Re: shipping schedule visualized
so true... e.g. HEX has missed it's updated shipping estimate already 4 times...
...and Cowbot was unfortunately still missing from the shipping update. It's been without any shipping estimate since March.

Re: shipping schedule visualized
After the aborted warehouse sale and the complete failure to do anything further with it that huge list of old products they're taking to the show on top of all the exclusives is the biggest "Fuck You" to the fans imaginable...
Re: shipping schedule visualized
Hahahaa.....those list make me laugh really hard. Man, they really want us to stop collecting threea do they?

Re: shipping schedule visualized
I hate to dogpile. It's not in my nature. I try to find the silver lining in situations, but yeah, I gotta confess, that's not terribly cool.
Especially after advertising the warehouse sale over and over. 3A blew the sale, and rather than making an announcement or calling it off, they make believe like it never happened. And now that they have decided to sell that stuff after all. The kicker being that it will be at an event they've already presumably helped backed up the Hatchery with all the Bamba preorders that haven't been shipped yet, so they could make exclusives for. I consider myself pretty forgiving and understanding, but this one's just...
I think I get it. It's cash and carry. In other words, a way to sell the old stock without having to pay individual shipping all over the world. But after advertising these items as being on Bamba and then not following through. It's pretty lousy from an outside fan perspective.
I don't begrudge 3A making exclusives for a show. I've been and benefited from such things before. I totally support that. Especially one that many people are paying thousands of $ just to GET to and attend. I'm all for rewarding that dedication. But to take away a completely separate opportunity that was previously advertised, and then choose to do this with it. That I can't really support.
It's no skin off me of course. I was around for the original drops of all this stuff. I have the pieces I want from it. But it's a bummer to the folks who came to 3A after these drops originally happened, and see them lose this chance. And yeah, I suppose the party line supporters could call my post false-indignation. Given how I'm not directly effected (and in some part that's totally true). But the fact that remains that IMO it's a shitty thing to do to newcomers, and I'd say there's a strong lesson here to be learned by them. Probably more than one.
The biggest is that unless you have already bought it on Bambaland, have a receipt from 3A and Paypal in your inbox, expect nothing. The next being have massive amounts of patience, because who knows when you will get those items. There may be more shows between now and then, after all.
Just my .02¢

I am dumbfounded by the decisions that 3A is making lately. I have been so unimpressed with 3A over the past 2 years. It is getting hard for me to support them at all.

wtf
3A just created a flipper paradise. (Here's good example: http://www.skullbrain.org/bb/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=25101)
Can't wait to see the photos from the event, and would be fun to get read about the aftermath on the Japanese forums...
