3AA 2015 Discussion

they're sending the proper shirt and such... just to the wrong address...when i told customer service the sent to wrong address they just stopped responding to me... even when i asked about correct address for other orders that are "processing."

Bambaland will always say "processing" even after an item has shipped. If for some reason you haven't heard back from CS, forward your emails to gimbat and CC myself so it can be followed up. gimbat@threeAonline.com, gregory@threeAonline.com

Shirt card and head all arrived unexpectedly this morning... I guess we're all getting them as my 3AA was fine and dandy (aside from Bertie's gun handle being broke-on-arrival).

Yep. one of my Nom commander came with both with same shoes. They told me to wait patiently.....i think it's been 2 months or something.

CS replied me today and told me that they are waiting to hear from the factory and will contact you.

Thank you... they got back to me today...after a week and a half. i hope they will change the addresses on the processing items as otherwise thy 10 current orders i have will be going to the wrong home...

As gregory suggested, please send an email to us and I will make sure that CS will receive it and update your address info, unless they already mentioned it in today's email.

I've figured out what you can do with the JJ Mcgee thingy.  Just paint some red and white stripes on it and put it on top of Soot Panda Merc.  Instant Cat In The Hat. Someone needs to do a Photoshop.

Likewise. Thank you ThreeA for the tee, card and TK head. Mine were fine in my kit but it is awesome you took the time (and money) to make sure everyone was taken care of.

if we received the right stuff, but haven't received any tracking email for replacements, is it okay to contact CS and ask for tracking?

I also got my replacement kit, everything was correct. Thanks CS for correcting this error.

I have received the correct items twice as well.

I don't know if these packs are sent with tracking.
If it is okay depends on what you think would be okay, pretty sure CS sends all 3AA2015 members their t-shirt card (and head).
So I assume yours is on its way as well.

I originally ordered a size Small shirt. When my pack came, everything was correct except the shirt was a size XS, and too small for me to wear. I contacted CS and gave them my info. On Saturday I received my replacement pack and they sent a size XS shirt again. My wife is happy as she really likes the shirt, now she has two!

I just checked and the standard t-shirt size if you don't fill in the check box is XS.

Check your order history, I wouldn't be surprised if it says XS. [edit] Eating a nice bowl of crow for breakfast tomorrow morning  

(I assume threeA is extremely surprised by the fact this year, the number of XS t-shirts exceeded the number of XXL shirts )

It's slightly different.
the threeZero mask and the A got more room to breath so it looks more balanced than the original logo.

Yeah. It definitely looks better than the original, which I still like, but I think it's absolutely perfect now! That small gap between the two boxes makes a world of difference.

Was never a huge fan of that number logo. It was too corporate... too cold... (3AA logo on the t-shirt looks awesome though) Now it looks like an unique toy company logo again. Love the colours and the fact that it includes ThreeZero logo. That is how it should be!

Really appreciate this return to the roots and props to whoever did the fine-tuning.
