I asked for a refund on mine. CS got back to me today, I just went ahead and agreed on the 5% since I don't have the stamina to wait a month for a reply on if they'll wave the 5% fee or not. I just want out at this point.

please please please release this in time for Halloween.  Honestly, we bought it a year ago, it would be fitting to get this toy before Halloween and not unreasonable.  Factory, please make the effort to get this to us!  Maybe if lots email CS....what do you think, Legion??

I saw in Crystal-Jade Vaughan's collection she has the 1/60 PG Gundam GP01/FB Zephyranthes and 1/60 NG Gundam Exia, she's quite the professional Gunpla Builder! She even has the 1/48 Metal Gear REX by 3A!

Does Crystal-Jade Vaughan still post here? If you're reading this message could you please tell us more about what toys you collect?

I think it's too late for her to show up by the end of the week at this point. She's 1 of 4 2014 items that was supposed to ship in Sept. Maybe mid Nov we'll see her.

I'm sure everyone at 3a and Crystal must be frustrated. New designer and her first release is delayed this long, I'm pretty sure that was never the plan.
Really like her designs as I follow her on Instagram, hope they can soon become figures but shipping time frame as of now puts a damper on things sadly.

I'm still stoked for Hex and would love to see some pumpkin monsters as well. She'll get here someday.

Yeah sorry about the delays, was definitely not in the plans. The pumpkin is made of resin and it took a hellishly long time to get that sorted. They were meant to ship out in the next couple of days, but we caught an error on one of the decals and that is being fixed. Pushing to get them out the door by Halloween. I'll have an update end of this week.

Why the decision to make it resin? For the weight?

Yeah weight and texture. Makes it a bit more special

Hopefully we'll have her before years end.

Could be wrong, but I think that floral dress is from another exclusive figure from some event. Not sure it comes with this figure or does it?

Floral dress is not a part of this set. She comes with the Towel that acts as a dress
