Seriously, honestly, genuinely ... WOW.
The effort its' going to take to get another batch of those monster heads out into the world again,,....wow.

Gregory, do you know if they'll be handling this like the membership packs from 2015 and just mailing out replacements on the bot heads to all who purchased -or- only those of us who had been sending in our photos and following up with e-mails?
(BTW Gregory, thanks for all the help and info man - you've really taken the lead with it and while it may not be 100% in your hands it's really really appreciated!)

Any updates on these? Still haven't received a replacement body.

Got a replacement body around the same time as my 3aa pack. They sent me the black body instead of the regular which isn't a big deal but the new body seems as floppy as the original so I'm not swapping/switching. How did everyone else get on with their replacements?

Yeah, I just emailed them. A shame about your replacement. A long time to wait for a fix that doesn't actually seem to be a fix.

I got used to it and found a pose I could settle on and I'd hate to spend hours switching him out only to discover he was no better. I'll use the spare parts for kitbash but it definitely ruined what was an almost perfect figure. At that price we should be guaranteed perfection. I'd like to know how others got on though so please let us know.

All right, they're gonna schedule it to ship out next week. I'll report in regarding any improvements when it arrives.

I can confirm my replacement body has the exact same floppy torso. Awesome.

Thanks Dtrain, mine is exactly the same too. I didn't bother swapping it out. I didn't mention it to QC or anyone because I was hoping it was just me. Also I figured it could take another year to get another one so I said fuck it. I seriously can't believe all the replacements are the same. Anyone else.

Please contact CS about this. We've alerted them of your reports, but you gotta contact them and provide images/video

I wasn't complaining behind your back or bitching on other forums or anything. I just kinda accepted it. But I'll contact CS.

My replacement came in last week. The shoulder armor had become detached during shipping I guess, which is an easy enough fix, but as others have noted, the replacement seems just as floppy as the original body. Certainly once the big old backpack is put on. I suppose I'll take some video and send CS an email. I would be interested to hear from anybody who did get one that was tight enough to support the backpack, because it's starting to seem kind of futile at this point, if I'm being honest.

Email CS if there's still an issue. The backpack is very heavy, but the body should still be stiff enough to hold the body up.

Wow, so there is proof the body can actually support the weight. I don't I've seen one before that could. Mine isn't "floppy", but definitely can't do that.^

I had my doubts about the new slicer body when it arrived, it felt just as floppy as the original but I said I'd give it a try before I complained. So to put everyone's fears to rest the new body is much better, go ahead and swap it out. Now this guy is the perfect 10/10 he always should have been.    
Also you can remove the old shoulder pad and put it on the other arm like I just did.

Got my new body in and changed out the old one. No help sadly. I appreciate the effort 3A put into the fix, but 1 year later and I still have an issue with the toy. Bummed

So wait, there was a shipment of replacement Bot heads? I contacted cs as soon as mine arrived broken (still have the email) but never got any confirmation of replacement. I had no idea these went out already.
