I got the email at 10:39 p.m. EST, and I checked Bamba at 11:45ish and they were gone.

they where up for almost 1h hour said report, but some of them receive the email when it was already sold out.

with lot of member, its better to throw a mail 24h before saying a time it will show.

Yes but the sale was announced as time limited not numerically ltd..

Although of course as a European 3A buyer I had no chance of getting either batch...

Perhaps they can refund a portion of my 3AA to reflect 'shit you had no chance with'.

I got the e mail after the sale had ended. I really don't understand the point. Year after year promises are made and not followed through with its just so disappointing. If Ash could throw us 3AA members a bone and give us like two days notice I know I would be a lot less annoyed.

So this was the set that was supposed to be for Japan Venture? Because it's been taken off the exclusives list. That would account for the super limited nature and 4th quarter shipping this year. I think these sets are really premade.

Hopefully 3A made some money off of this. I think the more limited way they have been handling the robots is to have greater control over the profit margin - which if they sell well should equate to more frequent bot releases.

Just hope it is not going to cost an arm n leg when it is resold in the secondary market or I will need to find someone who will want to exchange ceasar battle set for the ground zero set.
