Hi there, I was hoping to get a bit of help. I received a LONELY WARRIOR TOMORROW QUEEN 24" CLASSIC EDITION but the ball of the neck piece is larger than the ball on the inside of the helmet. Is this a defect?

At a guess I'd say the hole widens out further inside. If you carefully work it and twist it it should pop on. If it's too difficult try using a hair dryer on the inside of the helmet, that should loosen it up and make it more rubbery, it will then go back to normal when it cools. Please be careful and remember I'm just an amateur so maybe some of the more experienced people here can confirm what I just said.

It does widen further on the inside but the plastic is pretty thick and stiff. The hairdryer is a good idea. Thanks.

Yeah, normally when heads don't fit, the hair dryer or dunking the head in hot water will soften it enough to ease the process of fitting it to the neck. I don't have this figure so I can't speak to it directly.

Most people seem to prefer the hairdryer tactic. I prefer to use boiling water poured directly onto the area. Let us know how it goes or if you learn anything we should or shouldn't do as well.
