love that thick structure and weathering paint on FausT...looks like an ash painting style OG level on killa figs!

Re: WWR Armstrong
Those are some great pics gar!
I like that the paint app on Faust isn't as smooth as the other bots in this colourway. Not sure if it's due in part to a more difficult paint app of the digi pattern as it's the first domed bot in the this crew, but I like it. Gives it more of a classic ThreeA vibe for sure.

Re: WWR Armstrong
The sculpt of Armstrong's dome is pretty rough so that helps a lot.
Paint app is pretty much in line with the other SF Jungle Defence releases so he fits in nicely.
Except Faust looks more oily than for instance Birdy which gives him a dirtier appearance.
Although Dario's clothes aren't shredded like those worn by the grunts of 2011, you don't keep your hands clean handling him. He's pretty dusty.
Helmet has a liner, which I removed since it doesn't look great combined with the gasmask.
threeA took the time to glue the inner liner perfectly to the helmet so it is really hard to remove. (we needs a smaller knife).

Re: WWR Armstrong
Why would they glue the helmet liner??? They've never done it before, that is kinda an annoyance but I will tinker away and remove that carefully.

Nice pics gar. Thanks!
I'm liking how the grunt turned out, other than the one short sleeve.

Here's Dario and Faust with the rest of my digi crew, I've decided that I'm going to save opening my second set for another day.

Re: WWR Armstrong
Not sure about the one short sleeve, you could always swap the arm guard over I suppose. Other than that the set turned out brilliantly and the whole squad together is very impressive. I don't own any of that colourway due to the hoop jumping requirements but congratulations to anyone who got all/any.

Re: WWR Armstrong
Lovely figures there Thumbtack82, very nice indeed. I have the same and love that version of Rothchild. As for you Skipper11x, do you live in a circus as you always seen to be talking about hoop jumping?! I had no trouble getting any of these figures from Bambaland (even though i know others did). Can you explain exactly what hoop jumping i had to do to get these?? Im just confused!!

Re: WWR Armstrong
The set actually does look good. I didn't pick it up 'cause I'm not a big bot guy, but that hair paint isn't as bad as it was being made out to be on fb. It's different for sure and I prefer the original, but whatever. I just hope they continue to use this grunt head sculpt.

Nothing is ever as bad as they make it out to be on the fb group

I'm curious about that too, the pistol and grenades look like they're not from the set
