Witches shipped end of June/Early July...check your spam folder for the shipment notification and email CS your order information if you haven't received anything

It's a public holiday in China so staff won't be back in the office until next week

Hello! Did anyone managed to take off Isabella shoes? Debut adventure or panda, are they revocable? Very important question guys I really need answer

If no one answers your question, try heating the shoes with a blow dryer. That may aid in there removal if they indeed are removable.
