WWR2 Square Mk5

Just picked up my Square Mk5 from the local FedEx pickup, a nice surprise to brighten my Monday! I knew they were shipping soon but I was thinking it would take a little longer than it did. Has anyone else received theirs yet?



The packaging is nicely done, a very classy box. No loose joints or paint lock either. I do wish there was a little more weathering detail, but I thought that when I placed the order too. Definitely regret not ordering the clean and DIY variants as well, but hopefully we'll see more colourways in the future. Overall I'm very impressed with my first UV toy, and hopefully my Mean Essene JC will be not too far behind!

I got mine in the mail today too! I had no idea that it would already be here. I love all the added details and extra hatches.

I've not received any tracking info, didn't realize they were enroute

EDIT: Well no tracking notification... just showed up this morning   Pleasant surprise, but still would’ve liked a heads up to make arrangements in case nobody was around to receive it. Luckily I was off today.

That’s very pleasant news.
Now I know what that obscure text message from Fed Ex was about.
According to their info I’ll receive it this Wednesday.

Did you get tracking info?

Square was delivered 5 hrs ago and tracking info was emailed about 30 mins ago

No word on minez, bought all three too...

Mine arrived as well.
Packaging is beautiful.
Figure itself is sturdier than I expected.
Especially the knee caps feel more solid than I thought when I saw the first pics.
Not really pocketable like the original Squares due to the metal antenna on his back though.

Huh... guess Arizona is low on the mailing priorities list... lets see some more pictures of these squares

You wouldn't say but the Mk5 is less Square than the Mk1
From another angle it is a different story.
While the Mk1 has a lot of shapes in it's squareness like it is hand drawn the Mk5 has straight lines.

Hardly on the fence about snagging the Roth one, as a lifesize square was always a dream (but i would also take the lifesize convention showcase Dropcloths as seen in the old 3A days )
and the pricing at 1500 usd including sea shipment (2000 usd by air) looks super tempting....decisions...

I’ve got tracking after it arrived.
I received a Fed Ex message though, without info about what was shipping so ot took a while to understand it was the Mk5.
Had to check some boxes to get more updates.

thanks gar, beside its still alot of cash for the most us (at least for me) for a lifesize replica, its a extremely low pricing (if i remember correcly, the old ltd.12?30? fiberglass ones, were 2-3 times higher in pricing, excluding high shipping costs, so it would be super sad, if someone missed the sale..hopefully more colorways are on the way, as we all love the OG colorways...

Yeah the fact the good old 666th is almost 12 years and older than a number of classic colorways like JEA, JLA and Zwarte Torens but it never seen a square² which makes me hoping for more classics which never had a proper 1/6th classic square² (or Square Mk2) variant like Deep Powder, (spades/3rd) (mr.Frosty and his 77th never really did it for me) and Zwarte Torens / Dutch Merc.
Desert warfare is a mess though… so many factions, Underverse could do 3 others and still not repeat itself.

yeah, thats truth...still on the fence, bout Roth square, (666 is cool too, but only have a Grunt going with this colorway, so Roth would go whitish neutral with my DP gang), wish there was a way for a payment plan, three payments a 400, would so smooth to handle, but still a few days til the po door is closing, and that drop is still a bang4buck (minus our "beloved" fees/taxes added later, but still a supadrop!

Just curious if the two grooves on the knees and the line on the front of the crutch cylinder is meant to be black?

Asked CS about tracking for my 3 squares and I was told only about the delay on JC tracking... guess it'll happen when it happens.

Huh..not seeing any recent emails about Squares. Could you email again with your order numbers?

Did anyone get a 1:1? Seemed like a great price at $1500 shipped.  Is this even the correct thread for it?
