I am trying to set up my shipping address for Canada but when I try to enter my province, the drop down menu lists a lot of Canadian cities but the only province listed is Quebec. I'm not able to select Ontario which is where I live. Also, the site will not save my postal code. When selecting your country, it would be less confusing if they were listed alphabetically.

Navigating the site is a little frustrating, but I think I've gotten the hang of it. It took me a long time to figure out how to sign out once I've signed in. While the new site looks nice, I honestly prefer the simplicity of the previous site's layout. Maybe that's just me though, and admittedly, I'm not very tech savvy.

I'm unable to log in, unless I need to set up a new account?  Otherwise I've tried getting it to send me a reset for my password to no avail.

Edit: Input like registration for a new account, then it adopted my prior order history. However, when I click on anything I bought "view order" it's a dead link. Also the list for country and states are chaotically arranged. Arizona was not with the "A" category and USA was tough to find in the list. Not where it should of been logically.

The new site offers me my orders, after re-registration with email address.
I cannot recreate my delivery address or phone number.
I post here the copy of my Tracker N.O.M. and only the street of my address is recorded ... with my name.
And why in the status of this order, it says FEDEX with a hidden tracking number?

Much remains to be done on this new site, which is impractical but has a very nice design.UV Website Comman11

I have finally just been able to give my full address, with phone number ... but it is very difficult to be able to fill in the different fields of the profile.

Information is requested on each line, but it is totally illegible on a white background ...

as far as i know you need to re-register with your previous email to get your order history. then you can change your email

So I just re-up with original email and I'm able to access my orders just fine.  However, I go under profile to change my email and there is no way to change it even after you click the "modify information click to view button".    So hopefully they can fix that.

Other things they could work on if I'm being constructively critical and persnickety What a Face :

-In the shop the advertisement on top, although fantastic to look at, will be annoying when navigating/shopping for those limited drops.

-It's annoying/too much work to press those 3 stacked lines in order to get the "shop, news, etc." buttons to slide out.  I think the less work a buyer has to do to purchase something, just makes it easier for them to purchase.  Why are we creating unnecessary hoops for people to click through?  Am I crazy or what?

-In the shop when you click the "hot, time, lines, filter' drop downs, when the page reloads, it goes back to the advertising animation on the top of the page.  Annoying, once again.  More work to scroll down to where you were.

-I hate that turquoise circle for the cursor when you click on anything and it just stays there.  

-On the About page, what's the deal with that UV animation.  I feel like it's telling me to click it, but nothing happens when you do.  Maybe put a picture there of the whole UV team?  
Also in the second paragraph of About, shouldn't it be, "UV is devoted to applying its..."

-On the main page when you click the down circle/arrow and it takes you to the about/showcase/news/shop page with the image of the square, perhaps make the square semi transparent so that we can read the words.  

I don't know.  Maybe I'm getting too old for this shit.  Very Happy

Looks cool but on computer it functions like a mobile site. Just dosnt seem like it was made for pc unless its not done yet...

Only real issue I have besides the fact there is no desktop website so you can't shop on your desktop/laptop
is the added handling fees for orders.
Website states clearly price + shipping costs in the order page of the product and by checking out it throws in an extra US$9.46 handling fees.
Not cool.
Looks like I might not buy an extra Spectro.

Besides why US$9,46? Why not US$5 or US$10 or even better hide it into shipping costs.
it looks like 4.4% of the total price including shipping is added.

In the old shop it was clear if you wanted to get a T-shirt which sizes were available,
now you get excited to notice after selecting your size it isn't available.
And again: hidden handling fees of 4.4%.
Are they adding PayPal fees these days?

It might look cool on a phone but in all regards browsing experience got worse.
Shopping experience is a complete hell hole. There is none under Safari on a Mac.
And so shutting out people old enough to remember Ashley started designing toys, who prefer to do their shopping on a PC/Mac.
(Yes, mobile internet was't even a thing yet)

I know it is a tiny part of the Underverse customers but still.
I miss the old website, which was pretty good.

Can't use my account anymore after doing the following:
- Re-registered email with same password on PC, was able to get in and see all past orders.
- Tried to log in on mobile,, got the "input error" message.
- Logged out from PC, unable to log in again, getting the same "input error".
- Tried to register again with same email/password, got "Mailbox registered" message.
- The "Forgot password" doesn't do jack squat

What a hot mess, and what's the deal with the handling fee?

I don't know what to think about this.
Obviously there would be a good reason for it,
but I can imagine that someone who's scraping together funds to get the 6 pack wouldn't be pleased by the sudden US$53 price hike.

To be honest,
I learned last June ordering via a regular browser on my Mac was way too slow to get my hands on a Raven Boxer JC.
The second day I used my iPhone including the PayPal app, since it doesn't require 2 point authentication, just Face ID.

But yeah, I prefer desktop shopping as well.

I don't usually post here but I have got to say if high handling fees become the norm, I won't be purchasing any new AK figures. The price of these figures + the shipping fees are already high when compared to the rest of the 1/6 market (discounting Hot Toys and Sideshow).

Underverse JC will have to stick to fighting ThreeA Zombs. Razz

The “handling” bug seems to be resolved.
Now see if I can pay for my order.
I assume I did something wrong, but I do like an extra Spacetro
(and if it happend to be I’ll take that third one I ordered because I wasn’t sure if It registered at all, as well)

It seems the website has issues with an iPad in a normal standing direction as well. (Yeah I noticed, I should charge it)

The 'Input Error' seems to be a fairly widespread issue. Has anyone been able to place an order and be charged by paypal? Or receive an order confirmation email?

Nope I haven’t been charged by PayPal and haven’t received order confirmation emails from UV nor PayPal.

UV did register both orders though.
Website simply seems to bounce the PayPal redirection, you usually have to confirm your payment on the website.
It just goes back and than nothing.

Twice.
It did register the order, so people might expect they ordered something and eventually getting nothing.

I wouldn’t hate myself for accidentally buying 3 Spacetros instead of 2, but I fear regretting only getting one…
Like I regret only getting one Nabler Guy… and Francis…

Perhaps it was broke in the sense that it was bland and they decided to spice it up.  Whatever the case, you sometimes have to try new things to progress and manage the issues that arise  along the way. I'm sure they'll work it out. Wink

I was able to sign back in now.  Just no way to change your email which I need to do.

To be honest, navigating the website is not a pleasant experience it is like trudging through molasses. Pages load up very slowly on my new MacBook and I have pretty good broadband speed. However, I have had no problems with re-registering my account.

Agreed about the navigation experience. It is frustrating to say the least...

Has anyone been able to order anything from the new website?
