Transformers Dark of the Moon Premium Scale

Well, despite getting a prompt reply from CS on the 5th in which they cheerfully asked for my address and offered to send a replacement gun arm, a week later I am suddenly required to send the arm back to them so their "maintenance team" can determine that there is a problem, because I guess I'm lying about the button not working? Because I'm trying to get a free gun arm?

Needless to say I won't be preordering Starscream until this is resolved, which is frustrating because I have no idea how long he'll be available - but I'm not throwing good money after bad if I end up with a defective/incomplete Bee and no way to replace him.

I see the horror stories about 3A CS are not unfounded. At least they seem to reply fairly quickly.

Frustrating, and taking a bit of the gloss off a toy I was very excited about and still very much want to love.

ThreeA make great looking toys. However, I have mostly stopped buying from them, apart from the 2000AD line, due to multiple cases of QC issues. Most have been sorted by CS eventually and with some pushing, but I got tired of being so frequently disappointed when I opened a box i'd waited so, so long for.

It is pretty standard protocol with 3A for defective items to be sent back in for repairs. They'll send you either a new part if it is in stock or repair the current part that is sent in after it has arrived.

You know, that's totally fair, and I'm sure I wouldn't be nearly as frustrated with the idea if not for the aforementioned "sure, we'll send a replacement" immediately followed by this turnaround that's going to lead to a big delay and introduces a worry, however misplaced, that they're going to decide that it works or something.

Then I guess it's better to be even more patient so at least you will get this one right LVFiftyFive. I mean you alreary paid for it.

I was having second thoughts about SS but I saw it ships 3rd q. of 2016 and I think 3A is going to get better in predictions and making of the transformers.

I assume there was a mix-up with Production Team (people who repair figures) or some language barrier issue and that's why there was a sudden change, but either way, it shouldn't have happened and sorry about that.

It sounds like the factory was surprised by both the complexity of and large orders for Bumblebee, so hopefully being forewarned will be being forearmed going forward.

Well, arm's in the mail. Hope the Starscream preorder stays up for a while.

Just got mine!!! Just one little piece loose, great job by 3A he looks amazing and can't wait to get the batteries to see the leds

May I know how long usually possible will take the replacement?
Is been a month last I was contact CS they response patiently to wait.....

Are you waiting for the spare part or you returned your Bumblebee and CS promised to send you the replacement?

It largely depends whether we have the stock of spares and how soon Hatchery has an opening to manufacture the spare.

Yes is only some of the small little parts and they did promised will send replacement,
I'm fully understand for the department process need time and thanks for your specific,just wondering if that is estimate time for how long it take process non I'm endless waiting here.
