Yes, about that... I ordered a Bippu in April, but when I checked yesterday, the order has disappeared from my account. I'm 100% sure it's been there before & I have all the mails to support that. I contacted CS about this, but got no reply so far. I hope they keep a figure aside for me!

Has anyone heard anything about the shipping of this figure? I mean, is everything still on schedule? These days you never know. With the current state of the world a delay wouldn’t really surprise me.

So I supposedly was to receive a package today but was not home to intercept it. It's from HK, so I am assuming it was this figure since I haven't ordered anything besides these underverse figures. Didn't get any shipping notifications though, but UV didn't notify me with Hinkon or Dritte either. Mail carrier didn't leave me a notice anywhere to be found, but the usps system says they did... so i gotta go deal with that nonsense tomorrow.

Update: Oddly I USPS sent me a tracking number of a missed delivery from July. So it ended up being nothing sadly, was hoping for a cool surprise... le sigh

I received both PU Mule Square and Mini Ice Age set this week.
And finally both Ash books as well, (which were lost in the post)
via the good people of LiberDistri.

So oddly my UV order page doesn't show my order for Bippu, but I have the transaction on my PayPal account.

Have you logged into the Old Website link at the top of the navigation? The new website will not have your previous order history

Hey, a mod from the official UV discord said that shipping will begin on the 24th or 25th of February.

However, Bippu has had an extended pre-order time of 3 months.

And mostly all major 1/6th UV releases so far has seen an 8-10 month window between pre-orders started and actual shipping.
Some exceptions apply like Pascha, T-Achat and Yum Ziya and numerous pre-made releases...

Like MJA1MR already mentioned, shipping info on both Bippu and Fukai is planned to get out at the end of February.

Discord… never heard of it. It’s not easy staying on top of things these days, so much different platforms. There was a time when the legion board was the place to be for intel, but yeah, things change.

True, gar. And to be honest with you, while the wait is not pleasant, it’s not that what bugs me. I can be patient. After all, I’m long enough in the game.
The thing I find unacceptable, is that we always have to beg for updates. A periodical email to the customer (let me use the dirty word: newsletter) would do the trick. In stead, you have to follow the world and his wife on every social media platform there is. Some people just don’t have the time for that, or simply don’t want to do that, and consequently are punished with a information blackout.
But okay, such is life in the digital age, I guess.

I don't do any of the social media nonsense either, but in the words of the late great Ron Popeil, I just "set it and forget it" for anything I preorder until it just randomly shows up in my yard.

Customer support is still a thing and always has been.
Gregory tries to get it done, but he has his own work as well.

Received a tax payment mail this afternoon, so BIPPU must have arrived in EU. Since I ordered BIPPU and HACKER FUKAI, I wonder, are both TK shipped as one package? Or is one TK still behind?

Anybody else received theirs yet?
EDIT:
Weight of the package is about 1.8 KG. Hikkon was about 2KG, so that answers my question.
Guess I have to be on the lookout for another tax mail soon.
