Yup. Still need to figure out how to take the waist apart safely. They sent me a video on how to repair the joint but I need one on how to dismantle the waist. Where the screws are etc. Once I figure that out or 3A send me the info then repairing Prime will be simple.

cool they sent you new part and vid on how to fix, really wish that happened with my scopedog breakage, i never made it past the cs person with their canned responses when emalin with them.

hopeful you can sort the waist and get prime back to good.

Received Ultra Magnus from ThinkGeek today. The box didn't have a mark on it and everything inside is perfect. Very impressive figure and completely worth the sale price.

Waist halves split apart, waiting on replacement part. Yup, even more confident I can do this myself. Thanks CS for sending the part. Now I just need it to get here.

I returned nemesis prime back to bbts. One $400 headache is more than enough, if g1 megs ever sees the light of day, I'll probably entertain it but the likelihood is bleak...

Quick update: Nothing to update. Still waiting on the part to arrive. Guess it's taking a looooooooooooong boat ride to get here.

New Update:
Part may have gone missing. Everytime I check Canadapost.ca with my tracking, no information comes up. I decided to check the tracking site 3A CS left in the email and the part arrived in Canada Jan 27th...so where in the fuck is it?

I already emailed CS the information to see if they can find out what is going on.

If you go to Canadapost.ca and do a search for "track results", it gives a fairly detailed explanation of what all the different track results can mean, this might possibly help you determine what is going on. I once had something I purchased get sent back to the seller by customs, tracking said it had reached Canada but there were no updates after that. The item had to be resent but eventually arrived.

I've also had to call the Canadapost customer service line to inquire about an item that never arrived. They were able to give me better information than their online tracking provided, and even opened an inquiry on the matter for me. Hopefully one of these suggestions might be able to shed some light on the matter for you.

MAJOR UPDATE: Part has arrived. (I shoulda emailed CS sooner. It literally showed up just days after emailing CS about it) [realistically that has nothing to do with it but fun to think about]

So, Prime is FIXED. Yup. They sent the thigh piece with the joint which made transferring everything a lot easier and smoother to do. Easy fix, so glad I opted to do this instead of send the whole figure back. Thank you again CS for all your help. I really do appreciate it.

Me too. I think it helped that i've customized toys in the past so unscrewing things apart to replace with 3A replacements didn't scare me away from doing it. I mean, it was really easy to fix. Even though I had a bad thing happen, still friggen love this figure and yeah, thanks CS for the help as well.

Glad you got Prime sorted out Joshimus! How long did CS take to reply to you? Emailed them 3 weeks ago now and still no reply! They've always been quick to reply in the past, maybe a day or two. Gregory said they're busy catching up after CNY but 3 weeks and no reply! Come on now!
