These delays have been a long time in the making. The results of ThreeA continuing to bite off more than they can chew with a menagerie of product lines which now range in the dozens (34+ the last time I counted them all). The symptoms of this growing lack of focus could be seen starting more than 2 years ago with gradually longer and longer production times for figures, heaps of false promises, QC fuckups and delays that eventually culminated into products like the previous 3AA set, REX and RAY, and several more. All victims of an overly-ambitious creative team dragging a strained logistics department like an untrained dog drags an owner by its leash.

Several members, myself included, have tried to express these concerns to ThreeA many, many times previously, but now the problem has gotten so severe that setting things right is going to be a bit painful. Hopefully the lesson has been learned and we can expect a slower, smoother release schedule from now on. It will likely be very slow for the next couple of months until things sort themselves out, but I firmly believe that this is a step in the right direction. Hopefully comments like this will clear things up at least somewhat for newcomers wondering why things are taking so long. It's a problem that's been plaguing ThreeA ever since they made it big with licensed products, and the solution is not a simple one. They'll learn, but we have to remind them every once in a while, that's what we do.

Yeah. I remembered those times in the old forum. Many genuinely expressed constructive ideas on solutions to the lead time concern, which unfortunately was soon plagued by concerns on a sudden spike on QC related concerns on selective figures. For lack of better sentencing, 3A likes to play it dangerously on the edge. The idea is fun, I know. The alt vibe, different from mainstream thingy, churning out specific, limited stuffs at a manageable pace in the early days, but now that it has grown, its time to rethink the whole deal. BTW, it is just not 3A which has lead time problem, certain producers are encountering the concern too right now.

Wow, looks like they turned out really good! Props to 3A for throwing in the stands, though it looks like they can stand decently without them.

The only 3A figure I can think of that came with a stand was Lasstranaut.
