I think something got lost in translation - The grenades being sent out are the replacement grenades. They are the 6 missing ones and match the grenades shipped with the figure. Not red ones from the prototype.

Gregory can you just clarify a bit more as I'm confused.
No Red grenades are being sent as prototype shown them with.
Only remaining grenades to match the grenades already sent with figure?
That's what I'm getting from your comment, but there's so much talk about grenades has me all confused.

Ah, that's a shame. I was hoping for the red grenades. Didn't realize the photos of the Death Mask version was just a prototype. Oh well! Now to wait on the replacement body.

Correct. No red grenades. The replacement grenades being shipped match the ones the figure came with. They were meant to come with 12 total and were shipped with 6, so the remaining 6 grenades are being shipped out right now

Got my nades today..fun little envelope to get.

I'm missing out on all the fun. Where's that loper.

Great, thank you. I was oblivious to the red grenades until everyone started posting about them. My DM is still in his box so I wasn't aware of the situation. Too many damn toys!

Hmmm,... think I'm going to send a message to CS asking about that massive bot head and the Loper that is going to ride in on it.
The package is going to be hilarious. For all of you who didn't see it in person at SDCC,... this thing is beyond description big.

well the head is almost the size of Biker helmet, so you can extrapolate on the box from that, 15% to 10% more.

The pedestal the bothead is on from SDCC is 20" x 20"

It's super HUGE, could tell it from the photos, but didn't expect it to be very heavy. Is it like 2 pounds?

Got my remaining grenades today, but after finding out the prototype had red, I'm going to swap out for my Corny orange/red versions.
I think I have a space for that bot head. Any word on shipping estimate since we've past the late July date already?

Boo on that shipping update. I actually thought the 3AA Heavy Loper set was shipping this month. End of July, to me, meant August shipping. Now follow the tried and true pattern we've seen so far,.... estimate is September shipping. We'll hear the last week of September how they're being prepared to ship and buyers will probably have them in hand by what? 2nd-3rd week of October? These things should be in flawless condition. I'm hoping the response to the original round of heavy Slicer body issues were dealt with.

I know, another wah wah wah post....
Still thinking that some extras for the delay are actually due in this case. Especially for the amount of $$$ that was ponied up a year ago.

So um, any updates on replacememt floppy DM bodies or have they all been forgotten about?

I'm sure when they get them remade they will just show up.
