Oh wow! A giant, intricately-detailed, fully articulated ninja robot with a smaller ninja that fits inside! Nah... no thanks. I sure know where I'll be spending my $300! Clearly ThreeA is the side of the company that's pushing the envelope of figure design. No question.

I been thinking about that thing lately (more of avoiding Star Wars than anything else...). But don't know where to talk about it. I haven't bought anything from ThreeZero yet, but that thing looks really cool. Although now I see where they are going with the line and feel like I misse doubt on the other two. Not that I have room for a ninja robot team, but fuck that would be awesome!

Anyway, still in for the klub, and can't wait! Would like alternate choice to be good for the klub, as I'm double dipping in that klub.

Lately the 3aa option is buy the figure or don't buy despite of what we were promised for 2015, along with quicker shipping, better communication etc.

Nan, It was more like a chance to buy something. they put 3 thing Premade in 3aa, who was extra limited. less then 100 unit for death mask. and bo meta tk mostly the same.

the rougth estimate of this year would be,
30% of licensing
20 % of exclusive
15% of retailling only
15 % of new figure
20 % Different color way of figure.

Access to 3AA Exclusives or KLUBS not true anymore. First crack at pre made limited editions! (300 figure maybe)

My theory is The QC problem was a big thing, And without charging the price and time more they can't really fix it so. They make less and put it on Con.
its the first year I purchased 1\6 I can say I did'nt get victorius of this 3aa year.

Maybe it was all put in place to reduce the returning 3aa member for next year ....

Of the items sold on Bamba, "World of Meta-Popbot" was used for K1971 TK Noname, K1971 Underverse Architect TK + BO-TQ, and Da Ninja TK. Seems like there may be one other that was an event exclusive but I don't recall.

I have a feeling that the QC issues were and still are a big problem concerning ThreeA's recent 12-inch human figures. From the problems we've seen mold degradation seems to be a likely suspect, unfortunately making new molds is an expensive and time-consuming process, which is why they had to make that past statement about slowing things down for a while while shit gets sorted out...

All just speculation of course, but I do like to think that things are on the way up... perhaps.

I was Thinking the same thing as well but seing how much figure the warehouse take out this year for Con I doubt they really did slow down the factory.

Ah, HEAVY DUTY LOPER set has been pushed again to next month.....what a surprise.....
I think we'll be lucky to get him by Christmas.

Who's getting the retail TK's?
I like the red one, but September's looking loaded.

i got a yellow retail TK PO'd but i was hoping he'd get in stock by november and have more funds for Bamba september sales.

I really hope yellow TK does NOT have a beard under that scarf.

concerning Death Mask Shogun TK... i was thinking... there were 3 versions of Heavy Slicer Death Mask TKs released:

regular, dark, black (or were they only 2?)

Japan Exclusive would be Death Mask Shogun with double armor and dark outfit... and maybe, just maybe... there could be 2 other Death Mask Shogun variants offered at bamba (one general public, one 3AA)...

i'm thinking single armor, non-dark outfit (or full-black outfit). Either way i would make them single armor to increase the exclusivity of the Japan release, but still make some kind of Death Mask Shogun available at Bamba.

Plus according to the Shogun box story, there are still a few Shoguns missing.

I think what would keep old timers around is if they produce new original stuff rather than rehashing the old.

Will shogun deathmask hit bambaland? I have a friend willing to sell me one as going to show but is charging me $60more on top of 160 to get it. Worth the buy or should I wait.?

I guess it depends whether u have the spare fund to indulge a little. If u compare to having to buy air tix, hotel, food etc, added $60 is considered acceptable in my opinion. So far ash seldom put Japan exclusives on bamba for sale ( do correct me if I m wrong) but never know whether he will surprise us. Even if there is a bamba set, they r not the same as the exclusive e.g UKTK, storm trooper etc

So for me I will go for it

ash said ltd for the AK pack on bamba bet on a 100 number, didn't say anything about shogun. And I am pretty sure its dead for it. It won't be on bamba as we are a lower class of fan :p
