Wow, probably the best pic I've seen so far that really illustrates the size of this thing. All you need to do is get some cracked wall decals to put behind it and that display would be the best thing since sliced robot!

Gimbat, do you know of a glue I can use to reattach the fallen piece on my loper tk. Not sure if super glue would be safe to use on these figures.

lol, I wasn't expecting, I was just kinda hoping.

the thing is dead, head severed, why would the eye be movable... no must for me it looks stunning, now I'm hoping ot arrives on one piece...

seen pics on fb of someone mounting it on the wall like a hunting trophy, just awesome... might try that

Yep, I remembered this Q&A. I was trying to find it yesterday, but I couldn't find it.

And the cracking parts seems to be widespread problems.

The most anticipating piece.........what a disappointment.
I was inspired with Albino's idea of wall mounting,. But base on how easily it cracks, I'm not going to risk it at all.

im not sure that qualifies for false advertising since the that was not mentioned during sale in product details but after sale was over. i can understand the disappointment but as gregory said it must have been cuz the manufacturing process with fiber-glass for this wouldn't allow it. maybe at time of that Q+A Ash thought it would be vinyl like previous botheads.

Not really, as long they haven't ship the product, we still cancel them.
But I'm not really worry about the eyes. Those cracks YES, it's a big problem.

other than the tk loper having a minor issue. man this severed bothead is huge!

Fully agree, I was pointing out that there was no mention about movable eye during the sale, at the store or on the art itself, which was in the listing.

Matrix did you already contact CS about this or you prefer fixing it yourself?

I contacted CS and they replied saying to send the part back to get fixed. I'm wondering if I could simply fix it myself, smaller tank needs to be glued back on gladly nothing is broken.

Received a broken Bot Head. Emailed CS with these pics. Got this responce:

If its an effect then why are only some customers' Bot heads cracked? Why are the cracks in different spots and some customers have a few and some customers have a lot? Why are the cracks unpainted?
