Some were not sent voluntarily until the product was already delivered.

CS doesn't answer my emails, whether it be questions from the warehouse sale regarding my order or shipping inquiries.  I've sent 3 since April 25th that have all gone through, and no there's no replies in my junk folder.  I have no idea why they can't get their shit together.  Can someone on 3A staff please get us some information, it's ridiculous.

2014 was not bad at all. (just take a look at the shipping list for 2014 on the first page. 70-80% shipped on schedule) Two releases just caught ALL the attention last year: 3AA package (/Lasstranaut) and Strigoi. Legion just went nuts over those two.

I started this thread last year to show that 3A had been able to improve shipping times considerably from 2013...

But this year has been a total disaster. The worst in 3A history... The list will be mostly magenta = most releases will be 3 months over original estimate... Wonder what has happened? It definitely has not gone according to the plan.

The info about the delays is very good though.

Being serious for a minute, I do have to give it to 3A in that there has been a more info about upcoming delays as things continue to shift later. I expect if it wasn't for that info at least, there would be a whole lot more agitated customers.

Me? I'm mostly teasing regarding your keeping of the list, since you were goofing on my request for a MARS shipping. All in good fun. I'm not actually bitter at all. If I was, I'd just go away. Complaining does nothing anyway.

I'm pretty mellow about the toys and the late ship times. I just like to bounce up and down in the rollercoaster while we wait for it to start. Let's goooooooooo. But they are after all just toys (though many do understandably get worked up over that).

My comment about the addressing issues was a bit more tongue in cheek though. Last year's issues weren't about turnaround times as much as quality issues. We haven't had much for quality issues in 2015....... but then we haven't exactly had a lot of the 2015 scheduled releases actually ship out yet, so.... hah on us! Be careful what we wish for, I guess.  

Man Im so confused over all this shipping re-estimates.

I'm all for communication, especially when I spend $100 plus on multiple items that keep getting pushed back. As long as we're told why, (ie. comics, bad molds, wrong paint apps and the like) I'm fine with the delays. Just please keep your customers in the loop and we'll all (well most) be happy. It's when we're constantly told of delays without explanation, things start getting heated.

Also, please overestimate the shipping dates to resolve this. Funny how I won't get mad to wait a year, but if I'm told shipping in two months, but then gets pushed back to a year I get upset.

Please feel free to add an extra quarter, I love being surprised.

I always completely ignore the "expected delivery date" in the product description and only start getting restles when pics pop up from Honk Kong and Taiwan.

Factory sends an estimate then a delay happens. Printing/packaging error, qc issue is caught, bids on which shipper to use depending on the quantity and size of the shipment, port delays, or strikes, or holidays - factory workers don't return after CNY so they have to hire and train new people (happens to every company every year), then the estimates change.

Every week the engineers go to the factory to check the status of where production is at and whatever the status is at that time is what we've been communicating. That's why dates are subject to change. If things are going smooth, then a bump happens, it sets things back. If its an error with packaging it's gonna add a couple months to redo it. If its an error with the toy then it's gonna add another three give or take
