Just opened mine to find wrong name and shirt size.

I received youkaitsu with XL shirt. Anyone?

I just opened mine - I got wrong shirt and wrong card too... time to email CS.....

And Jamie I have your card and medium shirt....

It seems the last batch of shipped packs have been FUBAR. And aren't these all being sent out from the offices direct?

I boggles my mind that this shit is still happening.  Shouldn't 3A be printing out the shipping labels?

Damn I better open mine and see if it is actually mine.

Aren't your card numbers printed outside the box?

I think my kit might have showed up today, I'll know when i get home.

I got my membership package and it was the right box. Sadly, one of my NOMs' foot doesn't stay on. When I opened the box, the foot was already sitting separate. The other NOM is alittle tighter but the feet don't sit flat. Also, the necks were turnt funny but I was able to fix them. I tried emailing CS but my emails kept getting sent back as undeliverable.

On a side note, I actually love the 3AGO scale. They are great for making dioramas and even for my desk. The Bernie sits perfectly on it's own but the NOMs need help. Does anyone have figure stands that they would recommend for figures this size?

If any one knows this guy..i would be happy to send him his card.

Only thing I wanted was that TK head, but yeah chivo, I didn't know and cracked it open as soon as I got it...

Oh and the shirt could have been useful if it fits. I can't remember, was it wearable in public?

The numbering system can't be accurate, 5,415+ 3AA members? Seems unlikely to me, even with the amount of silent ThreeA buyers that make up the Asian market.

Seems accurate to me. I'm a few numbers under 4000 and I just became 3AA last year. I remember that there was a Chinese board with lots of 3A activity but can't remember its name.

After 7 years of selling? I can se 3A having a customer base of 5000+ people. It's not much of a secret anymore.

Got "my" 3AA today with someone else's card "SHIKAKU" (sounds dirty) LOL.

Also the shirt is 3 sizes too small.  Anyone need a S shirt size?

Someone really dropped the ball on these..

They never even shipped "mine" out until I emailed them earlier this week.

I thought maybe they didn't get my email reply when they asked me for a shorter name for my card.

I guess they just picked up a random package that they had lying around and shipped it to me.    

Did anyone get their correct name and shirt size?

Wrong pkg came in as well, looks we are all getting stuff meant for Japan.
At least I got the TK head and correct sized shirt.

Wrong card and stuff aside, the 3AGO Bertie is amazing! I could get on board with those in a heartbeat.

5000+ members would certainly explain the massive delays and QC issues this year. That's a lot of packs to make, package, and ship.

The wrong packs being shipped though, that's a head scratcher. The early packs were good, then it went downhill, like the one in charge took a break and told the new guy, "Go ship those packages..."

From what I can tell they went with a new shipping agent, so yeah.
Just how much is the "clean up" going to cost 3A now...

These are different inside the box because of the membership card. Should have just made two versions and had the card on the outside. Or one even, and sent the card and TK head later and say they forgot.

I came home after a 14.5 hour day to find a DHL package in my living room. Just took it to the garage fer a look. Since the recent mix ups have been reported,I kind of expected I too might run into problems.Thats exactly what happened...
I got member SUBINLOVE 1079s box. there was a piece of paper with two rows of numbers under the shrink wrap that maybe helped me figure out how the mix up May have occurred. The numbers were. 196/1079. The second number is the member number,the first is likely your CUSTOMER number( the one that comes up on your bambaland transactions). My customer number is a combination of the numbers 196...perhaps someone who was getting these ready to ship where basically mixing up customers who share the same three/four/etc. CUSTOMER number digits(for example:916,961,169,196,691,619)? I could see where that could become confusing especially when dealing in multiple languages and countries and thousands of membership packs...
I basically stopped unwrapping once I saw the tshirt was the wrong size and the card was not in my name...
Now I gotta contact CS to get things straight- hope they will fix my issues( I'm sure it will involve some process or another)As for SUBINLOVE- if you are out there or know who they are,send them my way and I'll get this card to you...
Might take a deeper look into the kit tomorrow- just wish I had my crem card...

Damn, so much mix ups with these membership package. I'm glad I got mine correctly, someone is really gonna get it!
