3AA 2015 Discussion

Technically, when 3AA discount applied on the items of the SDCC Bambalandsale the price was about the same for most SDCC exclusives and their Bambaland counterparts.*

So during SDCC 2015 everybody payed about 15% less than on Bambaland.
With, like Gregory said, other perks for 3AA members.



*Except for Special Kunty Two pack and ZvR Warbot Bertie & Zomb set which seemed to be anomalies.

Thank you Gregory and Gar for the info. I also noticed SDCC pricing was a bit less but I chalked that up to not paying for shipping.

Either way, still happy for getting a discount for members when possible, online or in-person.

I might be wrong, but last year prices at Japan show included VAT/consumption tax.

So with these wrong shipments, can we assume they are ours and play with the toys, or is it being planned to return the sets?

I doubt anything needs to be returned. I was told they are shipping out new shirts and cards sometime this/next month.

The set is yours to keep. 3A are sending out TK heads to those missing them, replacement cards, and correct sized shirts.

Got tracking info for what appears to be a new card and shirt. Glad this is working out, but such a big snafu for 3A again.

i sent email 2 months ago that i was moving my home. they said all of your orders have been changed to the new address.... email from cs today that they are sending the replacement stuff to the old address.... wtf.......

Cleared out my Detolf last night. Boxed up all those figs and put out ones I haven't looked at yet, including finally opening my 2015 membership box. Card and tee shirt are correct. Love the 3ago figs but really hating the feet on the DePlumes. The TK's and Zombkin are so much more fun to pose.

Weird. I got tracking info from 3zero for 3A 2015 replacement and my shit was correct to begin with.

Same here... I was very confused about that tracking number. I never contacted them about any errors. I believe mine had everything correct.

Hopefully it's just the email database misaligned...
Only got this to get TKklub2, and that head was a nice little bonus, but someone else got mine.

Hey Legion, I know the 3AA figures are old news, but I recently opened mine and my Bertie's knees are very loose. Did this happen to anyone else? Is there a fix? Thanks!

Fuckup is kinda harsh, in the worst case - people with correct t-shirt, will receive extras for free.

Please send me your 3AA order number and what was wrong in the pack (t-shirt size/card/no TK head) and I will touch base with CS and check for your tracking.

Chivo and Chanimation, please let us know what you will get.

I sent word and pics of my set mix up to CS when my box arrived- but I've yet to receive tracking- perhaps they are going out in batches?wondering if I need to recontact them or wait a few more days?

And i'm still waiting for my replacement Nom commander shoes..........

From 3AA set? How long are you waiting (sometimes CS don't have the stock and they need to wait for Hatchery to manufacture things)?

Just confirmed, CS are still in the process of sending out tracking numbers of the replacements.

Yep. one of my Nom commander came with both with same shoes. They told me to wait patiently.....i think it's been 2 months or something.

I've decided to get out of the "king's sport" that is 3A because I can no longer afford to collect them. In fact I never could afford them and it is only now that I am willing to accept that. It's like I've been using 3A as a pawn shop! Things are going to be different from now on though! I'm a Star Wars collector now! I got so caught up in the original art of Ashley Wood that I forgot toys are meant to be fun, they're not meant to be a status symbol!

So the reason I'm posting here in this thread is because I want to sell my 3AA 2015 set. I've taken an interest in the Destiny figures by 3A which means I'll continue renewing my 3AA membership to receive the discount but I am no longer interested in owning the box sets. What I am wondering is what parts of the box set am I supposed to keep? Is it a bad idea to include my 3AA membership card in the sales listing?

I think I will keep the membership card and strap thing. They'll be like a souvenir from days long past. These days will never come again. Do you think I should keep any other parts of the set? Maybe in the future I can act as a mule for people that want 3AA exclusives. You know give something back to the community! Yeah I'm not going to do that I'm too lazy and don't care enough haha!

So I guess this is bye forever and this time I mean it! The original art of the artistic genius Ashley Wood means nothing to me now! I'm free from my addiction and I don't need a 3A as a status symbol! I'm a space opera guy and I collect the Star Wars figures by Bandai Tamashii Nations! I might stop in to post occasionally but I am no longer a 3A'er. 3Anon is nothing but a memory, soon to be completely erased.

I feel like most of what I post is negative these days, which sucks. I apologize in advance for this and it's probably all been said before but I only could slog through enough of this thread to confirm some things. If you don't want to hear any negative criticism of ThreeA and this membership pack… STOP READING HERE.

It really isn't okay to be including sex toys in a package unless you tell the person you're including it. It's a bad joke in poor taste that could have some real negative consequences for people getting these packages.

What if you got it at work, as I know many do with these sorts of things, and opened it? What if you open it around your kids? What if you open it around your parents? What if you opened it in any other situation where having a sex toy is not okay?

Hell there's places in the US were sex toys are technically illegal. I don't feel like looking this up but I wouldn't be surprised if there's whole countries that ban them and have not insignificant charges for being caught out.

In all likelihood none of that happened or if it did happen to anyone the consequences were minor. Doesn't make it okay though. I would have been pissed if I had actually signed up this year (I have been a member since the start and this was the first year I did not sign uo). Hell I'm obviously pissed and I didn't sign up.
