The CS with this lack of respect for their customers.

I have prejudice, solely caused by their lack of care and attention
I sent two times to HK a figure that came from the factory defective
you guys did not answer my email.

That we deserve to buy 3A, the figure is perfectly okay,
but defective in vc manufactures and treated as waste.

After 4 collected years and thousands of dollars,

I would like to respect and to fix their ERRORS.

I have no guilt you guys send faulty figures.

Hi. Im hoping somebody can advise me on my problem. I didn't want to post this here but I feel I was left with no option. My Desert Mighty Square arrived several weeks ago with a sunken lower base and two right legs. Rather than send it back I said I would try and fix the base myself. I contacted CS about a replacement leg, and they replied within 2 days saying they would send out a replacement. Nearly six weeks later, and after three emails to CS, I have heard nothing. Other than the original message from CS they have not replied to my follow on messages asking for updates. Now I know they had to sort out a hiccup with membership packs, but surely they could have responded. I love ThreeA, just check out my collection to see what I have, and all I want is my Desert Mighty to stand on his own two feet!! What do I have to do to sort this out?

I don't mind waiting at all. CS have got back to me and promised to send me the parts when they have them ready. That's good enough for me. Was over the moon with their reply. And I haven't forgotten Gimbats help either. I originally bought six Mightys in the Bambaland sale and then another one (the Deep Powder version) from a friend, which makes it seven! All the others are perfect and look bloody amazing. When Desert Mighty joins the rest, the Mighty Gang will be complete! Now I just have to hunt down a Lunar and Beg Red versions! I can't help but love these bloody squares!!! Sorry for all the pictures.

Gimbat, don't give up looking! The Daywatch Mighty turned out way better than I expected and i was blown away by it when i opened it up. An excellent Mighty, and i personally think it's up there in the top three.
