I have no interest in Spidey but his head is really tiny, doesn't look right to me eyes.
$260 for the 24" Bambi (or others in that line) doesn't seem to much to me. I'm willing to get a couple but not every single one.

You know what I'm now thinking. Only the upper thigh area is just rubber on that Spidey. That is the only explanation I can think of aside of it being part sculpture.

Don't know if this was mentioned but his feet are covered in rubber too like rubber protective overshoes (galoshes).

Actually, I just read on the Spidey thread that these are just protos and that the actual ones will be articulated.

Oh man... only Thursday and Sunday passes this year yet me and my wife are wiped. Knives man,.. that has to be pure adrenaline and a constant dose of caffeine you're running on.
I'll get pics up today. The booth is sweet this year. We stayed all outdoor yesterday, stopped by Skeletor's Lair, NerdHQ and played Battlefront on PC for like 15min (out of control good), all the other spaces. Taking today off and back in Sunday hoping that now that 1000toys stock is in I might nab an Anti-cARB.

So far though... that Loper bot head.... holy schnitzel. I just can't believe that is actually going out to multiple buyers. It looks like a one off sculpture. Master level 20 on that. BTW, the hoses appear to be non-wired/non-articulated. It's pretty much meant to sit how it's sitting because they're flat on the underside.
The t-shirt that came with the Zombot..... hahhaah, I'll wait til pics start to show up. Have fun with that lol.

The 2 screws profile on spidey shoulder blade make him look like a robot to me with bolts n nuts. I wonder is that a design choice or part of the body articulation mechanics

Not being there, my only takeaway is that 2015 SDCC is year of the licensed lines. So so many things going on.

3AGO WWR Bertie Mk2! Looks like there's gonna be five of these beauties, Nightwatch, Daywatch, DIY, Ghost Hunter, and Sandcrab. There's just one problem... YOU GUYS FORGOT TO MAKE EMGY! You think they'll package NW, DW, and DIY as a set? It's tradition to sell them as a set! I need to get them all!
