Re: Bertie MK2
So is the rocket launcher going to be for #3? I still wish they would offer a bloody 3AA version for people that want, that way there will always be an option. Doesn't matter to me though as it's easy to add blood.

That single bloody handprint on the NYCC Bertie Pipebomb will always be a classic. No matter what.

I like things such as the handprint. Spatter is where I usually check out because the scale is always way off and looks cartoonish to me.

DD #3 "SOON!!!"
Definitely not getting the full Dirty Dozen in 2015. What ever happened to one each month?
Sigh...

How soon is soon? Are we looking at May? June? December? Can we just get something a little bit more specific?

A realistic-blood-splatter-on-rusted-metal-effect would be nice.
It always drips down quicker than it splatters.

Re: Bertie MK2
I'd be happy if we close out the year with at least a half dozen DD's, with 2 or 3 in hand by December.

Re: Bertie MK2
Weapon-wise, these aren't following the blueprint of the 1/12 pack, because none of the 1/12 had an RPG right?
so if they're adding weapon variety, we might expect a Shotgun Bertie, a Flamethrower Bertie, a Chainsaw Bertie...
... please Ash?

Re: Bertie MK2
Since it looks like they'll be re-releasing the RPG is there any chance they could remake the brown strap for the few of us who have the Desert Rat with the damaged strap?
Oh and I wonder how these will be size wise? Do you think they will be exactly the same size as the original peg leg Berties? I hope so!

Shotgun, Flamethrower okay.pezbanana wrote:Weapon-wise, these aren't following the blueprint of the 1/12 pack, because none of the 1/12 had an RPG right?

Chainsaw to saw through robots? hmmm, get a grinder.
Maybe Chainsaws works to tear through hordes of zombs, but I am pretty sure humans will get the fuck out of the way as fast as possible, when they see a robot wielding a chainsaw, to be really effective at all.
Not enough flesh to shred for a loud and clumsy tool like that Get a knife.
I think even a pointed stick is a better weapon.
Give one Dirty Deeds v2 Bertie Mk2 a Bertie SMRTGUN another one a CLAXTON80 and I am happy.
I love big guns.
SMG would be cool as well.

Re: Bertie MK2
Mk 2 is definitely smaller, and different proportions. No idea about the size/scale of RPG compared to the OGs.
Hoping we get the grease gun!

They are certainly thinner and leaner.
Not sure about hight.
The always great Muffinman made a 1/12 Warbot a while back.
The lower hight was because of the lack of feet.

a Bertie with chainsaw would indeed be clumsy and inefficient, but he would use it more as a statement and scare tactic than for actual attack... like the AT-ATs, clumsy beasts but they inspire terror when seen (or even spoken of, i guess). What can be scarier than a deranged, out-of-control robot swinging a Chainsaw like in the final scene of Texas Chainsaw Massacre
