No, it there seem to be a very different elbow joint on 3AGO figures compared to 1/6, from what I've seen so far. There is a pin holding the joint together that is not removable.

Mine arrived in Southern California today and I still find it an odd choice that the shirts are not weathered. I emailed CS about it to see if they have an answer.
Other than that, he's a great figure

Just found out that actually that metal pin that holds the cannon in the joint is easily removable incase anyone wants to remove it. Just push it out with a small screwdriver or something. Should easily slide out. Disassembling the vinyl pin on the other arm is really the harder task I'm sure. I'll have to try it some time probably will require some heat from the preliminary research I've done on Mego figures.

The shirt being spotless clean and like double the normal length is just weird for me. Total shirt dress. I might just cut it for a belly shirt... make it more weird.

Just scrunch it up. That's what I did. Looks much better. Or fold it inward. Whatever floats your boat.

Emailed CS saying I was curious why the shirts are all unweathered. I don't expect an answer anytime soon

I'm pretending my Hemingway's launcher is actually a rocket that propels him in the air allowing him to fly like the Rocketeer.  It actually looks cool if you put him on a Hot Toys stand like he's flying horizontally or a slight angle there of with his launcher outstretched pointed towards his feet and his other arm with the fist hand also out stretched.  Posing these figures is only limited by your imagination!  I challenge anyone to challenge themselves and come up with there best dynamic posing.  Go to it!

the non-weathered tee doesnt bother me anymore, this is obviously the kafka post $trangers hosting tv shows, ha!

Hemingway definitely rocks, the head/neck articulation is absolutely the best I have seen anywhere. Rest of the body articulation are just ok, less than 1/12 and 1/6, but sturdier like most pointed out.

I think if you're creative enough with camera angles, etc. you can get some decent images like what wide_snow did on instagram with his 3AGO TKs.

The shirt makes him stubby

You know if you're patient enough, you can balance him on the tip of his launcer. You just need a good flat surface that's not too slippery.

^Oh I have no doubt about that, even though he can't pull out nearly as much poses as a 1/6, the joints are all nice and tight with a good heft, very happy I got him.

Also from the looks of it the 3AGO TKs doesn't have nearly as much neck articulation as Hemingway has.
