Anything else you can share? Is it going to be Medic Bertie? Dark coloured Popbot we've seen? Will any of the Deeds be part of the club?

(Picture from BBICN...)  Robot Club # 2 is annoucing.... will be Large Martin (maybe 3Ago or 1/12)    

Any ideas when Robot club #2 will be up?
I need to decide if I blow my budget on Popbot K2 which might be dropping this weekend however if Robot club is the end of this month I'll have to consider. Unless robot club is pushed into next month?

So 1/12 new Large Martin is the next Robot Club release.  Good to know.  I like the tweaked design and I started out collecting 1/12, so I might be in depending on price.  But the paint on ThreeA's robots for the last couple of years has been such a disappointment.  The OG 'bots all had a nice flat finish - faded and rusty.  But the new ones all have this stupid glossy coating.  The excellent and realistic paint was one of the things that drew me to ThreeA in the first place.  Times have changed.

Same impression for me, that's why I try to find older versions .... but too expensive for 1/6 versions

I'm a WWR guy but I'm thinking the white Popbot might fit in with my small Medic crew. As I said I'm mainly WWR but some of the other lines fit in with my collection, Potatoe commander, zomb soldier, custom F-legion soldier and C.O.S.D Ankou-ex all have that green military vibe going and F-legion just looks cool anywhere. The Two EDOs are like terminators. Also a few zombicles scattered here and there don't look out of place either.
I'm with you guys the quality of the original bots is perfect the newer ones hit'n'miss but having said that I'd rather have a bad ThreeA product than some other companies best so it's all in the eye of the beholder.
Still would love a concrete release date for robot club thought.

Earth forces indeed, Olympus Mons DC = Deimos Liberator DC. (Deimos Defence Heavy Bramble etc. is another colorway, Also Martian.)

WWR does have a universe it's just done in a patch work way. Every figure is almost like a museum piece and we get snippets of details with them. You can kind of put those fragmented pieces together and get a story out of them.

Ash doesn't really do much with dropping intel anymore. We only get our info from comics and books for WWR mostly now.

Sadly, "awesome weathering" is a thing of the past with ThreeA.  Nowadays it's just "weathering" without the "awesome".
